ADDED: This video has strong Man-in-Shorts content. I think the shorts work well for Dick. He's an odd little man, so shorts are fitting for him. He's not trying to convey the impression that he's A Man.

Wow, Andy Dick is looking very sane and sober. It's fun to go to the Los Angeles subs on Reddit and search for "Andy Dick sighting". Hilarious stories, most of them have Andy high on something and making an ass of himself.
It's probably just me, but I find him as entertaining as Bill Nye, the Science Guy.
You know who else wore shorts? Rocky Marciano, that's who! And they were purple! Are you gonna tell me that the original Rocky was not a man? He was The Man!
I cannot watch. No one in the comedy or hollywood have any basic understanding of the extreme damage Biden did to this country. and it pisses me off.
