The black Labrador is an interesting choice.
Great working dogs if you are hunting and just big dumb animals that don't really have a mean streak.
I fart in their general direction.
Life is better with dogs, and better still when they can be fulfilled and happy.
Dogs that are teething need something to chew on. If you don't give them something to chew on, they will chew on whatever is handy.
A housebroken dog will not pee indoors unless it is sick or desperate. A dog properly walked will never pee on the ornamental fireplace.
These dogs sound neglected. How much can you really love your dog if you don't take care of it?

I've been watching the Westminster Dog Show lately. What humans have managed to do with that species without much technology is amazing. It seems like magic to shape shift a wolf into all those widely different breeds. I love dogs.

Humans did not shape shift wolves into dogs. Today's wolves and dogs have a common lineage, wolves from tens of thousands of years ago, now extinct. But human efforts shaped shift many new breeds of dogs from dogs, not wolves.
Labradors are smart and want to please their owners. If they are destructive it is 100% the owners fault. Maybe they should call in Noem to demonstrate a fool proof method to stop bad behavior.

Labs are so great. Well, not as guard dogs. They're friendly and will help the burgler load the truck.
Some people, marlon brando for one, let their cats/dogs pee and poop anywhere they want. And they usually have maids to repair the damage.

Weird that in a country working on turning into a Muslim state, that dogs would be front and center in the elections. Maybe there is still hope for France.

My Muslim niece-in-law was repelled when she first encountered the friendly domestic dogs of our family. She now has two that she pampers shamelessly.

Wolf. But those wolves have been extinct before humans came around.
Black Labs invented loyalty. No better dog exists. But beware of using your swimming pool while they are watching. If they decide you’re drowning they will jump in to save you no matter your opinion on the matter.

Everybody has their own thoughts on that. I prefer collies.
There's even a French song about Baltique, Mitterrand's slobbering black French mastiff, at its master's graveside -- and books "written" by Baltique.
Mitterrand may have started this tradition (with the help of journalists who assume all black dogs are Labs), but he certainly kept up the venerable French tradition of having a mistress and a secret second family.
