I don't like this random worker being embarrassed. She didn't ask to be exploited as scenery.

Maybe not dress him like he's retarded.

That might have once hurt Bill Clinton emotionally. But now he's thirty years out of date, his wife and daughter have ended possibility of legacy through their lack of talent, and he had enough money to die in peace with his tramps.

I do think he's vastly amused by the idea of Kamala Harris thinking she can be President, and would laugh at that New Yorker article if he read it at all. But it doesn't matter. He has reason to secretly be happy about inviting Trump to his fundraisers.

Is he running for something? Are Democrats hoping to seal up the Bill Clinton pretending to be Joe Biden so you vote for Kamala vote? That seems a tiny slice of the electorate but I suppose every vote counts…

They should have used Darrell Hammond here. He's got experience in playing Clinton at a McDonald's.

Phil Hartman did it better.

I did the same thing at a Goldwater rally in 1964. I was standing next to Ronald Reagan, who was near the stage ready to go up and speak.

I knew he was an actor and had seen him on TV many times, but when another kid asked who it was I said "George Murphy!" another actor newly in politics. Ugh , know RR could hear me too.

Phil Hartman. RIP. He was the best.

He looks ancient. I understand the confusion. He's a couple of months younger than Trump too.

If this was Kamala, she would clear everybody out of the restaurant first, then she would bring her staff into the restaurant to pretend to be customers, and then Kamala would appear, and then the counter person would recognize her for the camera, and pretend to love her.

Imagine the scene as witnessed by that simple, honest working-class person struggling to survive the Biden-Harris economic holocaust. First, five or six unsympathetic toughs wearing dark glasses enter, suspiciously scanning and analyzing everyone in sight, while another half-dozen be seen outside executing the same security sweep outside. Then a video crew appears with its own entourage of grips and minions and attendants, followed by an officious-looking woman wearing a mid-blue business suit and a pair of dominatrix-style spike-heels that go KLAK! - KLAK! - KLAK! on shiny floors with a clipboard in her hand and a Bluetooth thing in her ear. Then two-more tough guys in dark glasses followed closely by a shopworn codger in an "Official Olympic" windbreaker with two or three more bully boys bringing up the rear. Obviously, something very important to someone very important is about to happen, and it going to happen to you as the old man costumed with such facility saunters in your direction. Who is he? What does he want?

It William Jefferson Clinton. You're not stupid. You work at McDonalds to avoid starvation, but it's not your life. How do you strike a blow at the power that oppresses you? You could be frank and openly skeptical of the sincerity of the moment. Or you be be subtle and devastating. The McDonalds worker chose subtly.

It's puzzling why the Harris campaign lets these sort of half-assed videos out when they're sitting on a billion dollars. The recent video of Weirdo Walz fumbling with his shotgun was even worse. It looked dangerously unstable, like he could accidentally discharge his weapon at any moment, either at someone near him, if it slipped, or just up in the air, in which case the shot could come back down and hurt someone. Who released the video of him fumbling, and why? Has to be someone close to the campaign or friendly press right? Major news agencies have been happy to recut their own interviews extensively to help prop up Harris. I don't understand how something like that video would leak out.

Dems are reaching back to Bill Clinton at McDonalds? James Carville, who is now out of his mind, is still front and center.

Think of the contrast. Trump has embraced RFK Jr's "Make America Healthy Again" and the Dems send Clinton out for junk food.

AA: "I do not like this random worker being embarrassed. She did not ask to be exploited as scenery."

How about the exploitation of McDonalds - or any other privately owned location - for political purposes? Did the campaign report the "in-kind" political donation from McDonalds? Did the campaign pay McDonalds? Did the "random worker" sign a photo release?"

IF there was an embarrassment here, I fault the campaign staffers. Next time use a mock up set and paid actors - you know, the usual practice.

That was a master class on what to do if you’ve mistaken one person for another (famous or not). Very well done. My instinct (especially when I was younger) would be to apologize profusely, unintentionally prolonging the embarrassment. She reacted perfectly.

I like how Democrats have to position themselves to be pro-USA. Because their lawless open border is not pro-USA. It's pro-Democrat power grab.

Clinton has lost a lot of height. He’s about the same height as Biden now and has a similar build.

Clinton, W, and Trump were all born in 1946. Trump has aged the best of the Boomer troika

She was embarrassed? I had a different impression. I found her uncertainty over recognizing Clinton's identity very leveling. Clinton should be the one to find it a somewhat humbling experience.

When I worked front end at a McD’s, I didn’t care who you were. I just needed your order. We were timed on how long it took to take the order and the cycle time from placing the order and marking it delivered to the customer. We were not timed on small talk.

I also worked a popular location during peak times, so we were turning over people as fast as possible. A VIP walking in was as bad as a tour bus pulling in. You knew you were going to be slammed with more work with little time to get it done.

Aggie said...

I watched it again and now I'm wondering at the toll that aging has taken on Clinton. Is this another case of the Democrat Machine wringing out the last few drops of usefulness by using a little Elder Abuse? There's an element of confused sadness on display by Clinton.

If I hadn’t seen a picture of Bill Clinton in 20 years and was told this guy was the president, my first thought might be Joe Biden too.

Anyway, I’m sure she agreed to publication of the video, which makes including her in the criticism of Team Harris legitimate.

Slick Willie is not aging well. He now just looks like a slack jawed old duffer--which is why he can be mistaken for Joe Biden. At least he didn't sniff the cashier's hair. He remembers when he had young women sniff other things.

Seeing people out of context apparently confuses a lot of people. I wouldn't mistake Bill Clinton for Joe Biden anywhere but if I encountered either one in a McDonalds' I might not give either one a second glance.

Just saw the video where Bill is telling his audience that if Biden had vetted his millions of illegals, Laken Rilely would still be alive. However, in his opinion, it’s worth the price because America needs more babies.

I’m sure he’s breathing a big sigh of relief that no dime will be spared to protect his daughter and grandchildren from the results of this policy. The rest of us? Oh well, sometimes a few eggs need to be broken.

During the rally, Trump told the crowd that he was "honored to receive… the endorsement" of the union of the entire union of the border patrol agents, the National Border Patrol Council.

"It’s a great honor," Trump said. "They said it was unanimous. Thousands of people."

He then invited Paul Perez, the president of the National Border Patrol Council, onto the stage.
