The Trump campaign doesn't have to prepare for Kamala. They are most likely completely ignoring that aspect of the campaign.
They are so not threatened by Kamala that I doubt they intend to attack her at all.
And I think Trump has truly internalized the Unity aspect of his campaign.
All President Trump has to do is simply run Kamala Harris ads. The one where she's surrounded by child actors is particularly cringe. Honestly, pretending to be unprepared is for the best: you don't want the Rats panicking and junking the whole ticket.

The media will explain those to you tomorrow. Not in specific terms or by using examples, of course, but by repeating the phrase "Trump's hateful rhetoric and threats to our democracy".
I don't think Biden has much confidence in Kamala, or he would have given her the reins already. He's got COVID, and she's trying to raise money for a guy that everybody wants out of the race, including her.

She spends her time criticizing Trump for his convention speech and trying to link him to Project 2025.
She did not take questions.

Harris has a reputation for horrible organizational leadership. And leaving her in a status limbo while you try to figure out if you are going to make her the nominee is not helping.

If it were just an affair, you'd be right. But Willie Brown has been a kingmaker in California for a long time, and using him to enhance - maybe even create her career - is part of her record.
Trump and the Republicans would do well to steer clear of her sexual history and her citizenship. The internet will take care of that. And the idea (Joe Biden has completely ruined that phrase) that either might be a negative to Dem voters is questionable at best.
The Republican strategy should be "Let Kamala be Kamala."
