"The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax..."

"... even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is 'secured' by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time."

I have been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM. I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!

 And:

This is indeed a DARK DAY for the United States of America. We are a Country in serious and rapid Decline, but together we will Make America Great Again!

We are full-fledged banana republic now, with political persecutions the norm in one direction. Today more history made as the 1st federal indictment of a previous president in the US.
This is the 2nd indictment (one local) and there are at least 2 more to go. I have cashed my wager I placed 3 days ago with the charges coming within 10 days of the outset of missing Iran paperwork and obstruction at the minimum. My wager was placed at 8-1 which pays a cool $20 wrappers. I will hope to continue my streak in the weekend Belmont Stakes with ANGEL OF EMPIRE taking home the win. Only the delusional or blind folks could not have seen this coming, and I am interested to see the 7 charges. Will the perp have to wear an ankle bracelet, or surrender his plane as a flight risk or get bail if its espionage? This day will go down in the history books with January 6th, 2x impeached individual and leader of a court adjudicated crime organization with possible RICO charges coming out of Georgia. This will be at least a 2-day stint of study for grandkids reading the books as they go to school (of course unless they ban all the books by then) Remember Bendict Arnold story as a kid ?A sad day for America and now we have become semi equal to the perp in Israel Ben (although somewhat different) as indicted, one as a previous world leader and the other still doing it. It will be the VICTIM scenario for next year now until the trial (fundraising also and they will send their $$$ in) Yup the whole world is watching. Meanwhile the FBI meeting with the committee was leaked and details just so much corruption.

President Joe Biden was allegedly paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, a confidential human source told the FBI during a June 2020 interview, sources familiar told Fox News Digital.

The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.

The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI's interview with a "highly credible" confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.

The indictment of Trump is a 'oh look a squirrel' moment.

This latest hoaxed up BS just happens to come at the moment when the FBI has been exposed as lying about the investigation and testimony by the trusted (10 years) FBI CHS documented on official forms...from back in 2017 to present!!!

Forms that Wray at first pretended did not exist, but then was called out by Grassley and Comer who told Wray they had already seen a specific form, and perhaps others, which caused Wray to fess up and admit it exists.

$10M....all from Ukrainian interests....and tied to the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor (under pressure by "the big guy") that was investigating Burisma.

Can you imagine how easy it would be to track the transfer of $10M thru the Biden family shell companies....so easy the FBI had to work hard to avoid doing it.

So that's why the Trump indictment was accelerated. Every single time its to provide cover for what the dems and some GOPe-ers are actually doing.

But only every single time.

Simply a political prosecution.
We've had this battle before in our history; we won then and we can do it again.
Wayback, a long time ago the whole Parliamentary/Congressional system as we know it came into being when the Court party in England tried make England an absolutist state. At that time, around 1600, all the other European states were going absolutist. And King Charles I with his Court favorites tried to impose absolutism on England. There was taxation through regulation; there were political trials and political imprisonments. But the English battled through into retaining their liberties. Part of America's founding is its part in that history because the Puritans did the heavy lifting in the struggle as well as founding colonies of refuge in Massachusetts and Virginia. Needless to say these colonies took the side of liberty and were as determined as the English to retain it. So we're just circling back to the battles fought by our founding fathers. Maybe we can understand them better when we have to take the same risks to defend the same freedoms against the same bunch that wants absolute power. In this struggle which will be a struggle for America we will be joined by all the groups besides the English who are here now and this will forge a similar but wider identity still based on citizens who defend their rights.
And it starts with sticking up for Trump who is being persecuted because he stood up for us.

We can’t have two tiers of justice: one for Trump, another for Biden. One for Assange, another for Manning. One for BLM/Antifa, another for peaceful protesters on Jan 6.

I never thought we’d see the day when the U.S. President deputizes the DOJ to arrest his lead rival in the middle of an election. Obama shamefully tried to deputize the FBI to infiltrate Trump’s 2016 campaign, but they’re leaving nothing to chance this time around: the federal police state is outright arresting Trump.

This is an affront to every citizen: we cannot devolve into a banana republic where the party in power uses police force to arrest its political opponents. It’s hypocritical for the DOJ to selectively prosecute Trump but not Biden.

There are also serious legal questions about the President’s power to declassify documents and the potential illegality of the over-classification of federal documents in the first place. That’s for the courts to decide, but we the people decide who governs this nation.

It would be much easier for me to win this election if Trump weren’t in the race, but I stand for principles over politics. I commit to pardon Trump promptly on January 20, 2025 and to restore the rule of law in our country.

Durham did not pursue Hillary Clinton's involvement or the source of the damaging DNC hack. If it wasn't the Russians, who was it? Seth Rich, perhaps? The FBI has deep-sixed Rich's laptop, too. Was Rich murdered to protect the false Russian Collusion narrative?

Durham did not recommend filing any criminal charges as the FBI implemented policies and procedures to prevent future occurrences. I'm not that naïve. Without individual accountability, there can be no reform. In my opinion, Durham did document well the failures of the FBI and others but did not follow the evidence where it led to its logical conclusion to prosecute the crimes committed by the FBI, DOJ, and others."

—————

At some point the tRump Swabs are going to have to understand that Trump is unelectable.

People have made up their minds on Trump:

1. There are the tRump Swabs who will vote for him no matter what. Hell, if Trump came out in support of Minor Attracted Persons I good number of his supporters would join NAMBLA.

2. There are the Trump haters who will not vote for him under any circumstances. Thus is comprised of all Democrats and most independents.

3. There are Republicans who will vote for Trump out of obligation but would rather have somebody else as the nominee.

Groups 1+3 comprise about 46% of the electorate. Group 2 voted for an obviously diminished Biden in 2020. That will not change.

The problem here is that the things the tRump Swabs love about Trump are the same things that independents hate about Trump.

There is nothing Trump has done since November of 2020 done that has converted any Biden voter to Trump in 2024.

The man is likely to be battling 3 criminal indictments in an election year. He has a passionate following that might be able to get him the Republican nomination but there is no way a majority of the voters want to go through all that drama for the next 5 years.

The tRump Swabs have a dilemma. They can stick with Trump and go down with the ship or they can move on in order to turn back the Democrats. If you want the GND implemented support Trump. If you want gender ideology to Triumph support Trump. If you want CRT further integrated into all aspects of American life support Trump. If you want reparations support Trump. If you want more censorship support Trump. If you like the DOJ categorizing normal Americans as terrorists and white supremacists support Trump. If you like unfettered illegal immigration support Trump. If you want elections federalized support Trump. If you want SCOTUS packed support Trump. If you want the states of PR and DC support Trump.

As I said, the tRump Swabs are faced with a dilemma. Who/what do they love more, Donald Trump or America? Based on what I am seeing I am not hopeful. When you get beyond the flag waving it is quite evident that the tRump Swabs hate America as much as the Progressives do.

As the House continues its investigation into Hunter Biden, just remember this:
18 USC 1512(k): conspiracy to obstruct justice

You lying weasels never learn, Mark. You are referring to the PEOPLE who cried out for Justice because they saw Comey dismiss charges without even acknowledging all the laws Clinton and her staff broke, including obstructing justice by destroying evidence. Of course you agree with injustice that serves your fascist hate cult called Democrats. But you further imply Trump had some agency in these spontaneous cries for Justice from his supporters. I respectfully request that you refrain from the "lock her up" bullshit until you post a video of Trump actually saying it. Otherwise your just another smear merchant like Inga or WaPo or Schiff or the Times.

Just join the Progressive party already. YOU are no better than them with your degrading of people that think differently than you do. Continue to cave to them, and then wonder why nothing ever changes. People like you are the reason we got Trump. Traitors.

No, Jim, we have not forgotten the guy who ran for President featuring 'lock her up' chants at rallies when talking about his opponent.

And did he lock her up, you stupid fuck? No. He didn't even bring charges.

Like I said, careful what you wish for. And maybe crack open a history book to see what's coming down the pike.

AMDG: "1. There are the tRump Swabs who will vote for him no matter what. Hell, if Trump came out in support of Minor Attracted Persons I good number of his supporters would join NAMBLA."

This is the reason the GOPe-ers are not trusted and will never be trusted again.

Then why aren't they prosecuting DeSantis?

The history books I crack open tell me that the Know Nothings haven't been too successful in the court room. Free advice: come up with a prosecutor more competent than Durham.

Jesus. How many times do you need to be told before you finally understand. It's not about love. It never has been. Now pay attention so I don't have to go over this again in six months. I probably couldn't stand to be in the same room with the motherfucker, but he got things done . He said what he was going to do and as far as circumstances allowed he did them. Get it? More than any other president in my lifetime. Jesus you people are thick.

"you people are thick"

Rusty, you misspelled 'dishonest'.
