I've got 10 TikToks for you this evening. Quite a lot, but won't you tell me what you like best?

1. Sharpening depicted in fuzziness.

2. Is this Mexican outfit offensive?

3. Woo speak, translated.

4. Is that Aaron Rodgers?

5. Lonely lass was Kate Dalrymple.

6. The word ladder exercise for how to write a song.

7. Can any song become a sad song?

8. Will you tell your male friend — seriously — that you love him?

9. Gays are coming for your girlfriend.

10. 1930s desk lamp restoration.

Most were lame. Kate Dalrymple was amazing. And I am now officially in love.

Less woke translation - more new age translation. with touches of woke.

Woke speech crime (dress code crime) would be in line with #2

Always love the restoration guy. Got hooked for a while, but this is the first one I've seen in a while.

1. #10, 1930s desk lamp restoration. The Foley work was aces. It would be half as good without the great sounds.
2. #1, sharpening depicted in fuzziness.
3. #2, is this Mexican outfit offensive. Anyone who expected different reactions from these two groups has no experience with either one.

#10. Great work, but what was the real cost of restoring a lamp that was nothing special to begin with.

I’m in love w/the Restoration Man.
He is a National treasure.
It’s the 1st &only tok I’ve watched but I had to let you all know ;0)

#2 because it’s been so long since I’ve been to Olvera Street when I used to go with my mom and dad all the time. Also, because growing up in Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico at what point is there simply a new mishmash culture. When I was little and I’d ask my dad what we were he would say that we were American mutts. Sometimes he’d call us Heinz 57. It wasn’t mean it was simply an acknowledgment that we were an amalgamation of all the different peoples before us.

I liked the Kate Dalrymple girl. I wonder what year she graduated from Hogwarts.....The effort and expertise that goes into bringing a mass produced, humdrum item back to life gives me hope for Judgement Day. It can be done.

I'm in love with the ginger lass.

The restoration guy is mesmerizing.

Exposing the hypocrisy of wokeness is always good

I tried out the ladder exercise right away but it didn't work. I think you need songs swirling about in your head before a trick like that would work. Then I liked the lamp reconstruction but that reminded me of starting to fix computers back in the Eighties and how then you did fix them - replaced power transistors, cleaned connections, adjusted speeds. Gradually it all became a chips on a board and you replaced a CPU or memory chip now and then. But better to get a new computer where types and speeds matched. And cars are like that, too, now. And it all comes from China anyhow. And the woo speech is the same theme as the lamp reconstruction - She's burnishing defaced, wrecked speech back to meaning.

#1, especially the sharp pencil tip drawing the line at the end
#2, thought-provoking, how recently did these young people come to think this way?
Are they picking up the idea of cultural appropriation from teachers, or social media, or...? Then the men at the end seem so reasonable.
#8, so beautifully done by this young man, sincere, the right touch
#10 just love these, wonder if there is such a video for a very good wrist watch

This Tik-Tok collection was a good one.

Woke talk reminds me of military translations when becoming a civilian. Instead of saying "Drop your cocks and grab your socks.", try, "It's time to start the meeting." Instead of saying, "Keep your cock holster shut.", try, "Now isn't the right time to discuss that..."

Loved the song.

I always suspected that about gays....

As an unskilled craftsman, I really appreciate restorations. Wish I had the skill and patience.

I would have figured the man demonstrating the Wisconsin accent with the video of Aaron Rodgers would have had a Muskie instead of Wally the Walleye.

I do love those restoration videos, but machining the screws and washers from stock is just showing off. (Since you can buy perfectly good screws and washers at the hardware store.)
