1. How are you watching? The news channels have been nattering for hours about how to watch. They’re laying down the first phase of a narrative that we’ll look back on. In 2016, I didn’t fully appreciate the narrative at the time, and I don’t want to miss it this time. But I always assume things will be boring!
2. Seems fair to say it’s not a “blue wave.” 7:51 CT.
3. Fox News says the Democrats will take the House.
4. CNN says Cruz wins and GOP keeps the Senate.

«Oldest ‹Older 401 – 546 of 546Walker might be done. There is a lot left in the state, but Dane County still has about 9% of the precincts left which could easily provide Evers with another 10,000 votes in a margin that is now back up to the 11K after falling just just a hundred votes about 15 minutes ago. Walker will win handily most of what is left, but probably not by enough to overcome the present deficit.
My impression is that all the networks are conspiring NOT to call the Florida Senate race, just to get more advertising minutes. What else could explain the refusal while showing 100% of the precincts reporting?
With Nelson making recount noises in Florida, we are literally just minutes away from the "TruCon" cucks at the National Review, Weekly Standard and other far left funded "conservative" publications to call on Rick Scott to step aside for the sake of comity and unity.
I hope Scott does not take their advice.
Gee, maybe Schiff will now reveal to us the evidence he says he’s seen proving Trump colluded with the Russians.
Sorry to hear that Stephen, there was a friend who was diagnosed with cancer she had this operation but there was relapse.
So strong trump supporters except possibly kobach who can replace Ashcroft now, won pretty strongly in the Senate. Blackburn Scott Hawley I suppose since the rally in Cape girardeau. Luke warm get benched.
They did that in 2004.
Does FLA still hang their chads or do they have scanners?
”Why "selectively leak" them? Why not just vote straight up to make them public?"
Wow.
I think that Nelson can fantasize about recounts all he wants. The doddering old fool is just going to have to find a hobby now.
MANDATE. That was the word I was forgetting.
Who has a mandate for a squeaker of a majority in the House?
If this is a repudiation of Trump and the Republicans, it is an extraordinarily mixed message as entire states (rather than districts) seem to prefer Republicans.
Now, if there had been a blue wave, I would have pulled up my big boy pants and admitted that people didn't like us much. But we've had 95% negative coverage of Trump and Republicans and we...win...the...Senate. And we win it a lot.
I am not claiming a mandate for Trump. I am simply denying a mandate for Pelosi and Progressivism.

B.A.G. reports: Van Jones is downright gleeful on CNN.
How is it possible that one network could contrive to have both Van Jones and Don Lemon on its staff? Incredible.
Affirmative action. Next question.
I know it’s a bit early to talk 2020, but indulge me:
1. I think Trump has now sewn up Ohio & Fla
2. This means it comes down again to Wis, Mich & Penn. Trump must win 1 of these 3 to squeak by.
3. Penn & Mich have slightly veered more blue, with tonight’s results.
4. That means it comes down to Wisc.
Without all the Republican retirements in the House, they would have held their majority pretty easily tonight. That loss of incumbency in marginal districts cost them at least 12 seats alone tonight.
We’re back to normal. I hope the screaming diaper babies shut up.
If I were cynical, I would predict that the Republican Senate will now suddenly be more accommodating to taking up bills passed by the House than they ever were under Ryan or Boehner.
Scott used a huge amount of campaign cash — much of it his own — and his position as a Washington outsider to beat Nelson, a relatively popular incumbent who nevertheless failed to inspire much excitement in a campaign year when Democrats were energized in many races across the country. Scott’s spending advantage helped him build an early polling lead, and Nelson was never quite able to close the gap.
Yeah, the “relatively popular” incumbent Senator of many many years was beaten purely by money. Right.
By the way: I was wrong about Menendez and Manchin.
I was correct about Heitcamp, McCaskill and Donnelly, but hell, Ray Charles could see where THAT was going.
I also expected Michigan, but that didn't happen. Still think McSally has a chance.
Florida was called. Another Republican pick up.
That is four extra seats.
I would rather have Trump's problems than Pelosi's problems.
My impression is that all the networks are conspiring NOT to call the Florida Senate race, just to get more advertising minutes. What else could explain the refusal while showing 100% of the precincts reporting?
Fox has called it for Scott.
Both Scott and DeSantis are projected to win.
Walker just might hang on....oops.
Gillum has conceded.
Without all the Republican retirements in the House, they would have held their majority pretty easily tonight. That loss of incumbency in marginal districts cost them at least 12 seats alone tonight.
Some folks don't like Trump or didn't have faith in his coat tails.
I think there will be a bit of lamentation on K Street this evening. Not much because a big paycheck is very comforting, but some.
Will check in later. With Kentucky getting waxed by Duke, time to go get some late dinner.
Evers 49%
Walker 49%
85% of precincts reporting.
Evers is ahead by 300 votes.
Recount!
Still think McSally has a chance.
That's a nail-biter too.
McSally 49%
Sinema 48.7%
21% reporting. I'm actually kind of shocked it's that close.
Recount!
Shut up!
Scott Walker up 200 votes.
Remember when the networks spent hours trying to figure out ways to not call PA for Trump. “There have to be at least six Hillary votes in Skunk Hollow!”
Saint Croix: "21% reporting. I'm actually kind of shocked it's that close."
Lots of LLR's in AZ who, like our Chuck, definitely do not care for strong conservative military candidates.
Gillum got pounded on the corruption issue. I hope the tickets to Hamilton were worth it! It is a good show, BTW.
Why "selectively leak" them? Why not just vote straight up to make them public?"
Chuck,
Tell us about the tax returns of real estate investors. I have consulted to the industry. The layers of partnerships and complex deductions makes it impossible for the general public to decipher.
There will be selective leaks that make Trump look bad, although he and his accountants passed muster with the IRS.
Here is a deal. Trump releases his tax returns and Hillary gives us her Foundation records and lost emails. Obama releases his college grades and the Khalidi tape. How about if everyone s transparent?
Evers up 1000 votes. 88% reporting.
North Carolina is so boring. I forgot to check my own damn state.
Alabama passed a pro-life amendment to their Constitution.
"Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended; to declare and otherwise affirm that it is the public policy of this state to recognize and support the sanctity of unborn life and the rights of unborn children, most importantly the right to life in all manners and measures appropriate and lawful; and to provide that the constitution of this state does not protect the right to abortion or require the funding of abortion."
I think Trump has now sewn up Ohio & Fla
Dunno. Florida just voted to give voting rights back to 1.5 million convicted felons. That's a lot of blue.
Walker up 800 votes. 90% reporting.
I think I am going to go out back and scream at the sky because Republicans have lost the House.
No I’m not. This is going to be fun and the less the government does, the better, so gridlock. Impeachment is a non starter and impeachment was the only real risk here. I am going to have a wee dram and watch an old movie. Night all.
I need to know what Paul Krugman thinks before the markets open tomorrow.
Walker up 1,070 votes!
Walker 49.1%
Evers 49%
I'm doing my decimal point dance.
So Fox is predicting a 26 seat gain for Dems, who need 23 to gain control. That would give them a whopping majority of 6 votes.
Well, I predicted Gillum and Nelson would win going away. Hey, I sorta got the going away
part right.
If so, then it would take only 4 Dems to threaten to not vote for Pelosi as speaker to force her to drop out.
NBC Milwaukee keeps repeating that there remains nearly 40,000 uncounted ballots in the city of Milwaukee.
Unexpectedly
Sinema looks like she has a lock. This is very disappointing to me, because she's a nutter, and because she's on the extreme end of “Americans are deplorable “.
require the funding of abortion."
Bingo. Maybe they’ll follow most European countries with limit sanity. 24 weeks.
Now these in person early votes (36,000) from the city of Milwaukee are being counted as we speak. If so Walker is done. Save some huge numbers from Green Bay etc
There's a Green party candidate in Arizona who is taking 2.3% of the vote from Sinema. And she dropped out of the race, apparently. Wow.
Walker is still ahead 800 votes with 93% reporting.
Baldwin won big so presumably a fair number of Democrats are voting for Walker.
They waited til they figured out how many votes they needed.
45,000 absentee and early ballots from Milwaukee County are being run thru the machines right now according to news reports at the warehouse where they are working. 36,000 of those are from the city of Milwaukee. 3/4 will be Evers, so that’s 30,000 votes for Evers right there. walker better have a lot of absentee votes in awaykesha that haven’t been counted. . .
Abortion of a viable baby at 24 weeks is neither sane, nor required by any Constitution, nor European. What the fuck, man.
Given MPS, they ran out of fingers and toes..
Awaykesha is a brand new county
Dems the Eurpean rules for a lot cof countries. It’s better than ours coming down the birth canal.
Waukesha is counted. Brown county has 30k plus to count yet. Probably heading to a recount.
Here is the rule for a recount in Wisconsin.
1) Losing candidate needs to be within 1 percent of the winning candidate.
2) Losing candidate needs to file a petition.
The article talks about a difference of 20,000 votes. Right now Walker is up 1,000, with 94% reporting.
tightest race in 50 years
Has AZ been Californicated?
McSally is up 11,000 with 33% reporting.
I do not understand AZ or WI. The Republican candidates are extremely good people, yet nuts get an equal number of votes. WTF?
Thank God for Florida. Gillum was a corrupt liar, undeserving of any office.
The Trump effect surprising seems like a wash. He did exactly as as well as the historical norm. No referendum.
I'm amazed at how evenly divided this country is, especially after the disgusting and embarrassing performance of Democrats the last two years and all the corruption exposed in the swamp. It's like half of us just don't care about quality or merit. Good people with with proven success have to fight it out with corrupt opportunists running on feelings. The Republicans actually lost races becuase Obamacare sucks after none of them voted for it. In the end, MAGA is still alive and well, but so are its enimies.
Collins and hunter won their seats, despite the indictments, they weren't falling for the Steven's delay trick.
I seem to recall WIi pulling out 5 or 15k votes for Lurch, too. Quite the coincidence.
Remember why they destroyed cambridge analytica:

Despite kasich all the races in ahia were win except for renacci against Sherrod brown
Crazy van guy stalled momentum in the house, coincidence?
"Alabama passed a pro-life amendment to their Constitution."
That has no effect unless Roe v, Wade is overturned.
A Republic IF you can keep it.

See "free shit".
Hard to beat.
That has no effect unless Roe v, Wade is overturned.
How do you think Roe v. Wade is going to be overturned? You have to fight and fight and fight. Every pro-life amendment, pro-life legislation, and pro-life litigation helps.
Yes it will be litigated in ths courts, all the way up.
Polk County WI, where I live voted 58.6% Walker 39.2% for Evers.
So, we did our best.
Hard to believe how close this is statewide.
98% reporting
Walker up 600 votes
Couldln't the Kochs have rigged more voting machines?
Looks as though Feinstein's stunt with the Ford letter let her hold her seat against de Leon. Tough luck for McCaskill, Heitkamp, Donnelly, Nelson, and possibly Tester. Not to mention Jackie Rosen. The only potentially vulnerable Democrat who held onto his seat was the one who voted for Kavanaugh, Joe Manchin.
Evers got 38,000 to awalkers 7000 of the absentee ballots in Milwaukee Co. Walker is toast.
The only potentially vulnerable Democrat who held onto his seat was the one who voted for Kavanaugh, Joe Manchin.
Being pro-rape has become a winning political ticket.
You should nominate more rapist, partisan, crying judges.
Couldln't the Kochs have rigged more voting machines?
Fucking Jews!
FYI, that was ironic. Because naming Soros as an enabler of illegal immigration is considered antiSemetic, while blaming the Kochs for anything is just what good people do.
AllenS said..Hard to believe how close this is statewide.

Yep.
But..you have to consider all the benefits of Evers in the big chair.
Yeah..you gotta use some imagination...
And Keith 'ike Turner's Ellison became attorney general, you can't make that up.
Awesome to see pppt is so willing to chop off his dick for partisan politics.
You go go girl!
Wow. The Green candidate actually took 32,000 votes away from the cute blonde in Arizona and allowed a win for McStinky. THat's a bummer, but not one that speaks well of Republicans. AZ must really be taking the environment seriously.
Enough voting machines were switched to the self-hating Cruz fellow in TX. OH well, it was always a probably outcome.
I'm really disappointed that the Kochs couldn't get enough anti-union thugs and voting machines to switch for their paid puppet Sleepy Eyes Walker. That must be a real downer for them and the rest of the Rethuglican Team.
Barry, Milwaukee is 100% counted. 98.45% counted for the state. Unfortunately, LaCrosse county is still counting and I think they'll put Evers ahead. There are other counties with Walker leading but they are not as populous as LaCrosse, but who knows?
"Polk County WI, where I live voted 58.6% Walker 39.2% for Evers."
I have a brother who lives in Polk County, down around Horse Lake. Nice area, I will retire there in a few years.
Fucking Jews!
FYI, that was ironic. Because naming Soros as an enabler of illegal immigration is considered antiSemetic, while blaming the Kochs for anything is just what good people do.
When those two get bombs and German Americans like them (and Robert Bowers?) get regular hate crimes perpetrated against them and 11 gunned down at their beer halls then I guess your drunken rants might matter, Wetzel. In the meantime, I'm sure you can find a way to make those fellow Nazis of yours out to be "the real victims." THat's what they did all through the 1930s, after all.
Awesome to see "walter" get it up for rape. Go walter!
AllenS,
What is left in WI right at this moment is close to a wash- you are right, LaCrosse County is the single biggest piece left and it is a county that could give Evers another 1500 votes based on what has been turned in and the margin. The rest of what is left favors Walker pretty heavily, and I think could yield him between 2000 and 3000 votes, but it could easily be less, too. Right now, Evers definitely has the edge.
Ok, it looks like Walker is toast. The found ballots in Milwaukee ended it.
Hang on to those fantasies, pppt..the pee pee tape, Kavanaugh rapes.
March on with that pussy hat!
Guilty till proven innocent!
The vote with the hugest margin was Bernie Sanders' - 67% to 27%.
The future is progressive, but the Democrat party is too stupid to figure that message out.
Morons.
Yes.
The "progressives" are morons.
Guilty till proven innocent!
Of having bad judicial temperament and being a partisan hack? Indeed!
Hopefully you'll get a rape charge thrown at you. You seem to fear it mightily. Maybe you're trying to hide something.
Wasn't aware that Blackout Brett was prosecuted for anything. Sane people want judges who don't throw temper tantrums, are partisan hacks, or have histories of blacking out drunk and not remembering how aggressive and belligerent they were. Or who get aggressive and belligerent when asked about it.
If I were Walker, I would request only a recount in Milwaukee County. That story is suspicious to anyone.
All need to get hip to the ways of Illinois and Cali.
Storm the cliff!
Evers way up now.
Good luck with your regressive message, walter.
What's it now: Pro-oligarchy, pro-rape, pro-partisan judicial activism, pro-tribal nationalism?
Wow. What a message. You're really going somewhere.
THe 1930s Axis powers called. They want their sense of stolen historical destiny back.
"Hopefully you'll get a rape charge thrown at you. You seem to fear it mightily. Maybe you're trying to hide something."
Man...so juvenile.
So SAD!
Hard to tell what is going to happen in MT. Rosendale is ahead by about 3500 votes, but there are entire counties missing in the count, and lots of partials. The more populous counties favor Tester, the smaller ones Rosendale. Will have to wait until 80% of the precincts are in to have a better clue as to what is going to happen.
All need to get hip to the ways of Illinois and Cali.
That's ok. Functional economies are not your thing.
Best your losers stick with the red state ways of meth labs, social suicide, fossil fuels lords and federal government tax expenditures. Takers to the max.
Due process called..pppt.
They didn't bother notifying you.
Man...so juvenile.
Not for the people you raped.
Hey, you're the wacko obsessing on it.
GO have a beer with Blackout Brett and forget about it.
Forget about whomever he harasses while he's doing it, too!
Justice for the blackout drunks with bad judicial temperament!
"Functional economies"
Ha!
Due process called..pppt.
They didn't bother notifying you.
Why would "they" have to? In what proceeding was Blackout Brett taking part where due process had anything to do with anything?
You know nothing TP
Illinois doesn’t have a functional economy. $200 billion in debt and on its way to the 4th largest city in the country from 2nd. We are ruled by Cook County and have been for decades.
Cali is regulating itself out of prosperity and it’s on the road to feudalism trying to perfect itself.
"Functional economies"
Ha!
You sure seem to like their tax base and tech industries a lot.
Send us the revenues back, then. Go ahead and cut those red state make-work warbases and welfare programs.
We can spend those monies a whole lot better than you white social suicide cases can. After all, we're the ones making it.
The states you lord over are the welfare cases of federalism. What does that say about you?
Right now Arizona basically depends on Maricopa County. The vote count from that county so far is almost dead even, and it is the biggest chunk left to count, too. Sinema can probably pick upwards of another 40,000 from Pima County (that is probably the high figure, and the real number will probably be less), and McSally another 5000 from Pinal County. Right now McSally has 21,000 vote lead. It will depend on what is actually left in Maricopa, I think.
Well, Ritmo, after your last anti-Semetic outburst about the Koch's, I emailed Gavin McInnes & asked him to slow down your Proud Boys membership application. Your KKK application is probably still on track. I wouldn't give those racist bastards the time of day.
As for Maricopa, Sinema led there in the early vote (votes before today), but McSally has been clawing ahead on based on the people who voted today, and whose votes are still being counted. I think McSally is going to win, but it won't be by more than 5-10K, and maybe less.
Cali is regulating itself out of prosperity and it’s on the road to feudalism trying to perfect itself.
Hilarious, whatever the fuck it means. Sounds vaguely like the work of a failed propagandist.
As I said, if you don't like its revenues - of the world's 4th largest economy, having surpassed Britain's - send them back. Tell your red state takers to fund their own make-work war bases and welfare programs.
I mean, it's not like you can't figure out how to finance them. You're only taking the federal deficit above... what, now? $1 trillion?
That takes some talent, doesn't it? Especially for people as stupid about how numbers work as you are.
The future is progressive,
Stalin Mao Ortega Castro Chavez Pol Pot Maduro
Some of us prefer not to progress towards the death cult.
Your kind can’t make it work there’s no perfect algorithm just starvation destruction and death
Trump believes that filing for federal bankruptcy will work for the U.S. government as well as it worked for him.
Make America Bankrupt Again!
Trump is Chi-a-nese if you please.
Trump is Chi-a-nese if you don't please.
Forget it red, the brainslugs have chewed right through the medulla, the next step is phasering himself
Seeing red likes his future with a big black swastika on it. Western Europe is not for him! He's a fascist through and through!
Easy way to prevent Stalins and Maos and such. Quit being a swamp-dwelling corporatist bootlicker. Trump's tax cut was made of, by and for the hedge fund traders. The debt he's saddling your kids with was made for their benefit. Mao's successors now own your kids. Interesting way to oppose Maoism.
As for Nevada, I think Heller will lose. There are several counties that have zero percent, and likely all lean heavily to Heller, but there is still about 15% of Clark County to report, and I think when Clark County is done, Rosen will have a margin of at least 60K- I can't imagine the unreported counties have even that many voters. I think that race will be called shortly.
How's your white male lifespan and suicide rate and overdose rate working out, narciso?
Ted Cruz gets to continue not-working his butt off for six years for the people of Texas. Or for his donors. While his wife continues to out-earn him in the Wall Street industries that own him.
Power to the non-people!
I don't know who Jacky Rosen is but she sounds like she's not a Republican and therefore less of a lazy, greedy douchebag. So that's nice that she's winning.
O'Rourke came closer to beating Cruz than I would have expected. Still, though, what a waste of money the Democrats blew on that race that could have helped drag Sinema or Nelson over the finish line. Even in TN, they threw money away on Bredesen. The last month, the televisions here in TN were Bredesen ads almost 10 to 1 vs Blackburn ads. Sometimes the entire commercial breaks were 4 Bredesen ads one after another.
And that Tea Party darling Eric Cantor-upset boy Dave Brat is out so I guess there goes that whole stupid "revolution."
Remind me what Republicans are for, anyway? So hard to keep up. Anti-federal spending one minute, anti-immigrant the next. It's like schizophrenia trying to follow what these maniacs are about.
Democrats are apparently for beating and abusing women and little girls.
Keith Ellison. Beats women. Elected by Democrats.
Sherrod Brown. Beats women. Elected by Democrats.
Bob Menendez. Wants only the newest and youngest girls. Elected by Democrats.
Democrats are vile.
Not as vile as Qwinn and Blackout Brett. They puked all over the women they beat.
Don't look now! Trump's about to grab your pussy, Qwinn!
Looks like these red states still want to expand Medicaid and increase the minimum wage.
Apparently they're not as pro-hedge fund as Trump's tax cut would have you believe.
Surprised to see that IN turned into a blow-out. 538 had Donnelly at 72% chance of winning. That's not slamming 538 - Braun wasn't a strong candidate and Donnelly is about as moderate as a Democrat is allowed to be these days. Looks like Donnelly lost by 9-10 pts. Not even close.
Whose pussy do you want to grab, Qwinn? It's ok to let us know.
Remember, you can black out while you do it. And then become a federal judge!
Don't let anything hold your grabby hands back, Qwinn! You're destined for greatness!
Most of the Senate polls were terrible, it seems. The only race that was mirrored by the polls that has been decided was the one in FL- the rest of them so far are crap. AZ looks to be holding to the polling done, but that is about it.
The vibe I get from Ritmo is self hatred. That, and a lot of self-medicating.
Me, I love everybody. We are all such marvelous creations! The only beings that we know of, in a universe billions of years old and with billions of galaxies of billions of stars, that is capable of making a moral and rational choice. God, I love people and life!
There hasn't been a change in AZ for over 40 minutes now. Did they stop counting for the night?
Yes, Heller is finished. Too far behind, and the counties not reported don't even have the number of votes even if Heller won 100% of the them. Should be called by the networks.
Montana won't be decided until sometime tomorrow, if then. The biggest piece left is Missoula County, which is Tester's strongest region which could net him another 10-14K. He is behind right now by 3300. Most of what is left beyond that, though, greatly favors Rosendale. A quick count of that tells me he might get another 10K margin from that missing precincts. Probably won't be decided by more than 2-5K votes. A recount is probably assured.
AZ is very interesting. McSally still 22K ahead, but Maricopa is now 79% complete with Sinema ahead there by 3K. The big missing piece is 60% of the Pima County where Sinema has racked up a 40K vote lead, but that lead hasn't grown since the 25% mark was passed, so what has been counted lately in that county has been a wash. Almost all of the rest of the state has been counted now, so McSally can really only pick up votes from Maricopa at this point.
Ok, a really big chunk of Pima County just came through, and McSally won that by 3K. Pima is now 98.4% counted. That was the biggest danger to McSally. This really only leaves Maricopa where Sinema is winning by about 1% from the 78% counted, and Pinal County where McSally could pick up another 2K votes. With a lead of 26,000 votes, I think McSally is going to win. Sinema would have to win the last quarter of Maricopa County by a margin greater than the county has shown at any point tonight. I don't think it likely that Sinema can catch McSally, unless they find more ballots in Milwaukee.
Wisconsin is strange. From where I sit in Virginia he appears to have done a very poor job as Superintendent of Public Education. Now Democrats have elevated him to the governorship so that he can ... improve education outcomes?
Wisconsin got weird near the end. At one point, Milwaukee County was 99% counted, then, all of a sudden, ten of thousands of new ballots were being counted. That needs to be examined a little more closely, I think. It probably was an oversight somewhere, but with big city Democrats, you never can be too suspicious.
McSally is ahead by 17K with maybe another 30K votes to be counted in Maricopa County. It is unlikely that Sinema can win with what is supposedly left, unless Milwaukee can find some uncounted absentee ballots for Arizona Democrats.
Goodnight all.
The NYT maps let you click through to see what counties are still to report.
Doing that it looks like McSally will win.
It also looks like Tester will win 😢
So looks like 54 in the senate.
The usual suspects are all masturbating furiously, angrily. People are going to be punished. They desperately want to punish wrongthink and to masturbate angrily as they do.
Comedy ensues.
Nate Silver just flew to Vegas midweek to rent out the Presidential Suite at the Bellagio and get knee deep with hookers, gin, cocaine and cigars. "I told you so - Bitches!"
Watched the WI governor race, and it was Walker up, then Evers up, just back and forth with about 1,000 votes either way. Most of the counties had finished their count, and to my complete amazement, this morning I find out that Evers beats Walker by about 31,000. What? Where did these late votes come from?
Agree, Foxconn is probably what did Walker in. Plus the 30,000 votes from where?
Whenever Republicans have a thin majority there are moderates who people look to in fear of that majority flipping. Who are the moderate House Democrats?
Like we knew Murkowski or Flake or Collins in the Senate may vote with Democrats. But the House is bigger, so you'd think Republicans would have a strategy of who to target for budget and legislation deals in the House. The FBI and other investigations are dead though. As expected no one will truly be held accountable for the colossal screw up that was the Russia and secret server investigations.
Turns out that both the election of U.S. Senators and the Electoral College are unconstitutional.
You're one of the few stooges up North still standing with Scott Walker, I dare say...
Make that 1,293,260 stooges and myself statewide (WI), with 10,869 stooges and myself in Polk County, and 21,872 stooges in St Croix.
Sizable number of stooges for Walker, if you ask me.
I set the over/under at 55.5 Republican Senate seats.
Looks like it will finish at 55.
I set the Democrat House pick-ups at 23 (plus or minus five).
Looks like +28 is the number.
So I missed the Senate by half a person.
I needed half of Heller to win in Nevada.
"Walker took the "poor kids in Milwaukee with crappy public schools and no other options" voucher program and instituted it state wide."
Tony Evers has been Superintendent of Public Instruction of Wisconsin since 2009. Why don't you ask him. Then, when you get the time, ask Evers why the big difference between black achievement and white achievement in WI schools.
Sad days. I was wrong. I am going over why I was wrong.
5 billion dollars was spent on this midterm.
That is staggering.
The pennsylvania and arizona redistricting are interesting.
Kansas and Iowa. Hmm...
Not even a roaring economy can overcome the gravity of the midterms.
At least we have more republicans in congress than we did before the election I guess.
They wont have the cover of Paul Ryan and John McCain and their cohorts pushing through dem priorities.
Happy to say I didn't watch a minute of any of it. Put on some tunes, cleaned out the loft and didn't know the results until this morning. Deliberately avoided it all.
