Most people I know have reading *piles*. They have books acquired that live in piles of various heights and structural integrity about the house. The primary pile is usually next to the bed.
The idea of composing a list and then sticking to it is outside of my cultural milieu.
Creating a list certainly doesn't bother me, I'm currently working through a list of American classics. I read the article and I just boggle at the time available to the author. I'm sincerely jealous.
