Maher spent his entire career pushing the leftist agenda. Now he realizes he, and they are full of crap.

This will give Mahar some cover and help cement his position as a moderate. And Trump knows that. It might even help boost Bill's ratings.
Well, it’s complicated. A Washington Examiner opinion piece notes the quick release leaves room for 13 more days of detention if more evidence turns up, and names Iran as the primary suspect. It also raises the possibility the explosives were neutralized at some point by counterterrorism police. With all that in mind, I don’t think the woman mistook 5 men for 10. Maybe some got away, or maybe the others were undercover operatives.
Are British security forces losing control? Maybe not, but they look stretched. Either MI5 was watching and the local police got there first, or nobody was watching and a farmer saved the day. Neither is reassuring. Meanwhile the BBC says it wasn’t intelligence-led, and Trump says “we had them under view for a long time.” And if the men who ran are never mentioned again, that won’t be reassuring either. It’ll look like a cover-up.
What’s clear is that nothing is clear. Great fodder for conspiracy theories, and I suppose all part of the Great Game.
