Can you think of any other example of a person of note whose admirers remember them after their death for their burning hatred? I resorted to AI to search for examples of this kind of post-death praise for hating and I couldn't find one example. The closest I came was Muhammad Ali. He "hated" Frazier. Said things like "It's gonna be a killa and a chilla and a thrilla when I get that gorilla in Manila."

That is an interesting heading. I guess the love she (I assume) gave to those closest to her wasn’t as noteworthy as the hatred she had for someone (I assume) she didn’t know. That doesn’t bode well for when she has to check in with St. Peter (I assume).
TDS is a very real illness. No longer amusing, if it ever was. Such people are mentally ill in a very real, dangerous way.

My theory is that people like her would have a life bereft of meaning without TDS. People have rejected God, they see morality in relativistic terms, they lack deep emotional ties to family or community. But there's nothing like a -good solid reliable hate.

I doubt they ever imagined that throwaway phrase would become the headline in Variety.
I was right! If you uncrop that photo (link below) you see ALF listening with a stethoscope to her belly swollen with the alien creature he impregnated her with. Trump was about to reveal the sordid details as part of the UFO files.

So that's a 'legacy'? Sounds more like she was a secondary character in one TV show that died a ratings death, and then onward - to little dogs, hating Trump, and being cheap. Hey, at least she wasn't a bag lady with a dozen cats. I guess.

It was a case of spontaneous combustion. She was watching that UFC thing on the White House lawn, when she suddenly burst into flames. Luckily relatives were close by to douse the flames before the fire could spread. There were several similar cases during the recent SOTU address. Health experts are warning everyone to avoid Trump celebratory events and to keep fire extinguishers strategically located throughout the house.
I have this one neat trick that will keep my family from remembering me as a hater. I don't let hate consume me. (I do admit to getting peeved at loud gum-chewers.)

I don’t know what is sadder: a 77 year old woman with a “burning hatred for Trump” or her family bragging about her hatred for Trump. TDS is real.
Trump hatred isn't unusual in actresses after the glory years are over. It may even be stronger when they didn't have many (or any) glory years to begin with. But to be remembered for one's "burning hatred" isn't any kind of accolade. Just about any actual achievement would be better. One assumes that Scheeden didn't have any.

I generally agree with just a few exceptions. First, Teddy Kennedy. For what he did to Mary Jo Kopechne, I'm not only glad he died, I hope it was excruciatingly painful.
Second, Hillary for Benghazi. And just in general. The world would be better with her not in it.
Once she reached peak Trump hatred, there was nothing left for her to do but check out. Her life’s work was complete.
