This year I will be arguing a case in the 8th Circuit about Native American tribes. As part of my research I discovered that there is something in Canada they call "Aboriginal Title." The upshot is that you may think that you have clear title to your real estate, but a Tribe can file a lawsuit and get that changed.
I don't know if they have title insurance in Canada, but someone is going to end up paying twice for the real estate.

It's an untreated mental illness because psychopathy is untreatable. The "treatment" consists of harm reduction, not cure. A person must want this treatment, but of course they don't want it because they believe there is nothing wrong with them, and the medical establishment is reinforcing that belief for them.
People are conditioned to believe that a psychopath is someone who is a serial killer Hannibal Lecter style. That's not accurate. Everyday psychopathy - exhibiting mild, non-violent anti-social traits - such as manipulation, callousness, lack of remorse, superficial charm within daily life rather than in criminal settings.
