Trump has his framed mug-shot on the wall next to the door to the Oval Office.

Not surprising. I mean, wouldn't you do the same?

A Democratic Choice... choice that shall forever remain viable in infamy.

Funny how celebratory the left was that day.

May have been the day that won him re-election.

He really is the troller in chief.

Rub their nose in it.

I'm surprised he doesn't have the "Fight! Fight!" Pic next to it..
You know; the one where he had Just survived the CIA assassination attempt

Epic. Quick, someone find a sculptor. This is bronze-bust worthy.

Nice touch with the gilded frame...prolly from WH inventory...

Given its placement, I like to think it's an everyday reminder to himself rather than a troll.

I think it's aimed at the press, They have to pass by it when they go into the Oval Office for their little gaggles.

Digital mugshot photograph taken in Atlanta booking? $5
Surplus gilded frame from 1970s found in basement? $25
Elon and DOGE hunting down fraud government-wide? $0
Reminding those entering your office that you're a changed president by glowering at them? Priceless

Brilliant. The Dems wanted to put him in prison for the rest of his life and now he's the Leader of the Free World and Commander-in-Chief.

Non-verbal communication at its best!

Rubbing their faces in it. Letting 'em know who the real losers are.

Ray. Ray? What did you do? I was just thinking about that tacky rea estate guy from midtown...

If you go to any of his hotels there's usually his cheeky portrait somewhere, hung at head height. Doral has one on a pillar in the grill room downstairs. I recall he's blowharding in that one...

Just a little reminder. Helps frame the lamentations that he's politicizing the previously pure and apolitical DOJ. And the wails about going after the apolitical New York state judicial cabal.

The Golden age of trolling too.

It isn't just the picture. It is a framed front page of the NY Post. That's gotta mean something to Trump. Otherwise he could have just gotten his mug shot framed. Perhaps that sets the picture's date, or highlights the publicity it generated regarding the corrupt prosecutions he underwent. As if he's saying, "Nice try, I turned your lawfare into my second term." Or he just likes the Post, maybe. But something.

He certainly keeps everyone entertained! He’s such a badass.

Total power move. We will miss him when he's gone

One of many framed NYP covers in the hallway, but THIS ONE has a special placement next to the oval. Laptop from Hell indeed!

I wrote it a couple of weeks ago- the day the mugshot was taken was the first time I doubted my prediction that Trump would not be the GOP nominee. You can pin Trump's rise from the ashes to that very day. The anti-Trump media were ecstatic that day, too. Funny how things turned out.

Let's see if the Dems can round up judges for 91 TROs. And let's track how many taxpayer dollars are being wasted by these delays. And when they tell us that these wasteful practices are just a lttle bit of nothing compared to the budget, let's ask them if we can direct our taxes to the programs we like - to the programs that assist Americans in distress, for instance. I mean, any individual tax bill is just nothing compared to the budget and the debt so why can't we direct our tiny insignificant mite to what we actually want done?

I'm waiting for Trump to build a giant golden version of the "Baby Trump" balloon used to mock him during protests. It's too cutesy to actually be negative, and it always struck me as an updated teddy bear (also Chinese leader Winnie the Pooh).

It's a "perch and swivel" kinda gesture.

That picture would look good on the fifty dollar bill.

Interesting to think, if it will still be there in two years. And if so, will its significance have changed?

Heroic boss level trolling.

I’ve got a triptych of that mugshot, Obama shooting a shotgun, and Nixon bowling.

I'll admit I haven't really studied previous oval offices and when I picture it, it's probably from a movie, but Trump's oval office looks so different! That giant Reagan portrait is extremely prominent and I love that Andrew Jackson is above. I love it!

He should get the bullet that nicked his ear from the FBI and mount that on the doorframe, as a mezuzah.

The postal service could become solvent again by turning this image into a stamp.
