Many of my neighbors escape to the Carolina mountains in Summer and they are all accounted for but say they are still finding bodies. Some areas have internet back. But there are some 5000 government employees (including FEMA), 1500 US Military troops are onsite and many more National Guardsmen. I read where some 10000 power company technicians have arrived from afar across the South and neighbors are helping neighbors. Give up on the BS and send money to legitimate charities.
