There's no way a jury would convict an elderly man who clearly has almost no clue where he is. But yet we're supposed to believe that this same man is capable of serving as president for another term.

Also, the fact that his family continues to allow how him to be used like this is cruel beyond measure.

What he didn't say is that Joe Biden get the Democrat exception to the classified information handling laws.

I had S/TS/SAP clearances for decades. We had annual refresher classes on how to handle and safeguard classified information and the penalties for mishandling such information. Gross negligence is punishable with fines and prison time. Gross negligence is the deliberate disregard for protecting classified data. It's allowing CI to just sit around outside of an approved safe, so just anyone could see it. The was a case of sailor on a nuke boat taking a picture of his workstation and showing it to his girlfriend. Prosecuted and convicted.

Deliberately leaking it also punishable with fines and prison time, more so. Joe Biden left boxes of CI in his garage where his foreign agent son had access to it.

Democrats can never do anything wrong. Two-tier justice system.

Oh for f§s sake:

"Later in the report, the special counsel said that the president's memory was "worse" during their interview with him, compared to his memory in recorded conversations from 2017.

"He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ('if it was 2013 — when did I stop being Vice President?'), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ('in 2009, am I still Vice President?')," the report said.

Biden also had difficulty remembering the timing of his son Beau's death, as well as a debate about Afghanistan."

And this is what the Americans have as president?

Remember when Hunter wrote that letter proffering his services to Burisma, in which the crackhead included many astute observations about the political situation in Ukraine, the kind of stuff that is often found in classified State Department documents, you know, the kinds of documents that Joe Biden, who, as Vice President, was in charge of Ukraine, Joe Biden kept in a cardboard box in the garage of the house where Hunter was staying.

Remember when the Penn-Biden Center, run by the current Secretary of State, Tony Blinken, who paid Joe Biden a million dollars for a no show teaching job, that same Penn-Biden center contained many classified documents, and that Chinese Nationals were, on Hunter Biden's request, provided with keys.

Oh yeah, the Penn-Biden Center was funded in large part by the Chinese.

But the prosecutor is probably right, no DC jury is going to find a Democrat guilty of any crime.

My view of Trump is as an evil-intending, unstable elderly man with a poor memory who is a former office holder and former insurrectionist within the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment.

I gather a majority of the USSC indicates they are not too concerned about that. The alternative would be unmanageable.

More unmanageable than the recent reinterpretation of the Second Amendment as applied to persons who are not members of a militia?

He probably believes the lies now.

"We conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt ..."

I admit I didn't read it, but I am sure that they explained what the "reasonable doubt" was, or was it pretty much that he is a doddering old fool, and no DC Jury would convict him.

Apparently the death of Beau Biden, that Joe seems to raise on every occasion where is expected to show empathy, is none of our damn business after all.

After all of Biden's recent gaffs and insane eruptions - we all assume NBC's SNL will be brimming with Biden-mocking this week.

There was a muffled recording of Joe Zoom babbling to the families of the recently killed soldiers. Was cut off right before it sounded like he was going to go Beau.

It's hard to remember the past when you've been lying about it for 30 years.

So what are we seeing here? If you're of the right ethnicity or immigration status, you can steal, rob, rape, murder or deal drugs, and the prosecutors in major cities will let you off with no jail time.

Or if you're a Democrat politician, the Justice Department never seems to decide to prosecute you for your many crimes.

But if you're an ordinary white middle class American, or you're a Republican politician, given the slightest opportunity, the government comes down on you with both feet.

This does not seem a recipe for long-term success.

Biden's 2024 campaign slogan, stolen from Bullwinkle: "I'm SO confuuuuuuused!!!"

Fuck the criminals in our justice system. And that is exactly what they are. All they are doing is pissing off regular hard working Americans who know that they will NEVER get a fair trial if they are accused by any progressive in this country. EVER.

As Vice-President, Biden was entitled to keep none of those documents.

He also wasn't entitled to keep documents he stole from the skif as a Senator 30-40 years ago.

It’s weird to for the DOJ to come this conclusion unless Biden’s lawyers made this argument. The DOJ starts with the presumption that there was a crime and it’s going to prosecuted and the opposing lawyer raises arguments as to why that reasoning is flawed. Biden has to work in concert with his lawyers to support these arguments (hey dude, we’re making the claim you can’t remember, so, don’t remember.).

If these aren’t the arguments Biden’s lawyers raised, the DOJ then came to an independent conclusion that Biden is incompetent to stand trial. That assertion deserves a hearing, especially if Biden is publicly denying the claim. In fact, now that Biden has publicly denied the DOJ’s claim, their only reason to not charge him has evaporated. All they have to do is show Biden’s public remarks saying he can remember to refute any defense argument as to sympathy and competency.

Of course, the fix was in and none of what I just said actually matters.
