Ann, you are such a gift to your readers! I loved watching that, and I loved that you also considered the feelings of the "TikTok averse".
Everything that is wrong with modern music.......in one minute and fifty-five seconds.
Fascinating. Now I have to wonder, is there a stage parent involved? How did he get so well versed? Can I just enjoy witnessing a kid immersing himself in a skill?
Life most important early lesson. Most of the time people are not going to do what you ask. The sooner you can get over that, the better.

Geez. I’ve been playing sax and clarinet for 60 years and I still struggle with music theory. Some people are born with it. He’s just using the tools he has. A generation ago he would be playing a piano or violin.
