A Yurt Built for Two. Interesting the way he blended cultures.
The Mongolians are some of history’s greatest badasses. “Don’t invade Russia in the winter”, but the Mongolians did and they won. “Afghanistan is tge death of empires”, but the Mongolians conquered that country. Life is hard in Mongolia. Hard living makes for rugged people.
Fascinating. I wish I could have seen his destination and who got to share the meal.

Your new post reminded me of this one. I was glad to see you had a Mongolia tag to make it easy to locate. I was in snow like this in Colorado when you put this one up. Today I am in the equatorial jungles of the Philippines, but considering a trip to Mongolia.
