Peter Navarro’s new Audible book is turning into an intense take no prisoners and naming names on the many White House personnel who betrayed Trump. He pulls no punches. Lots of fun to see Navarro letting loose on the characters we all remember, including on Trump himself.

May I suggest Biden's handlers install a moving walkway at his speaking events. When he concludes his remarks, the walkway engages and Biden vacates flawlessly. The embarrassment continues.

Police arrest woman and put her handcuffed in their squad vehicle parked over the train tracks. What could go wrong?

The graphic warning at the beginning is... overwrought?

The woman miraculously survived. I saw this video on reddit several days ago but when I went back looking for it, to post here, I could.t find it.

The tile-guy came out today to install the backsplashes for the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only other thing required for out house is the final electrical trim and the generator. The electricians will be out on Saturday to do that. Then it's a walk-through to identify any fixes needed. Once those fixes are done, Adair is done building the house.

Other items required for occupancy are
- the certificate of health for the septic system. The septic designer is still working on the paperwork for that. The certificate will probably be issued by mid-October.
- Restoration of the vegetation around the creek.
- Adding 160-yds of compost to the soil around the house.

Other items:
- Driveway/patio concrete around the end of October.
- Propane tank hookup for mid-November.
- Installing the washer/drier and refrigerator next Tuesday and propane hookup for the drier on Thursday.

Move day will be mid to the end of October.

If men can give birth, according to some Planned Parenthood stooge of a "doctor" the other day, then....why has history NEVER recorded such a thing taking place? Anywhere, and at any time?

Why have ALL the claims of a "virgin birth" related to women?

Can the learned doctor explain how a baby would develop in a human w/o a uterus, a cervix and all the rest??

Oh, I get it...... the "man" is actually some FUBAR woman who hallucinates she is a man--and therefore...she is!!

We are living in an era of the Walking Woke.

p.s. the "doctor" got his degree at the Bombay Upstairs Medical Emporium and Chapati Factory. Glad you asked.

Special Counsel John Durham said:

"It strains credulity . . . to believe that [foreign] Ritz Carlton managers – with no apparent relationship to the defendant [Igor Danchenko] – would confirm lurid sexual allegations about a U.S. presidential candidate to a guest, let alone a stranger off the street."

Well, this is a gross misrepresentation of what Danchenko said, which is that the hotel staffers did not deny the rumor, not that they had confirmed them [about the Trump Pee Tapes].

So Durham's third prosecution before a jury in October will end more than three years of casting about to find a big fish to fry in the FBI.

TFG and his allies would have us believe that the probe would prove a “deep state” conspiracy of Democrats working to sabotage him, but the investigation has largely fallen short of those expectations as Durham hasn’t charged any conspiracy or put any high-level officials on trial. Durham, since 2019, has prosecuted three people: Danchenko; former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who was acquitted on a charge of making a false statement to the FBI; and a low-level FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, who was accused of doctoring an email in 2017 in relation to a wiretap renewal application. Clinesmith struck a plea deal to end lawyer fees that resulted in no jail time.

I am waiting for one of the major financial media outlets like CNBC of WSJ to have a commentator admit that some of the financial implosion we are seeing in the markets might be because the bond and stock holding public has no confidence in our D run political leadership. Right now it’s all about technical issues, interest rates and fundamentals but there is a larger lack of faith in institutions behind the sell off, I think.

We have no identifiable President, the VP is worse, for a year the Fed was more worried about social justice than inflation and people are beginning to doubt the actual statistics coming from Treasury.

Really, what do you buy in a country with a national government run like ours? How do you invest for the future if you have no sense of permanence about laws and institutions?

Judge Orders FBI to Produce Information From Seth Rich’s Laptop

By Zachary Stieber (Epoch Times)
September 29, 2022 Updated: September 29, 2022

"The FBI must produce information from Seth Rich’s laptop computer to a Texas man, a federal judge ruled on Sept. 29.

The bureau improperly withheld the information from Brian Huddleston, the Texas man, according to a 53-page ruling from U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant.

Seth Rich was a Democratic National Committee staffer who was murdered around 4:20 a.m. in July 2016 in Washington. Officials have claimed the killing was done as part of a botched robbery.

The FBI has acknowledged it has files from Seth Rich’s computer but tried withholding them from Huddleston, citing a portion of federal law that enables agencies to withhold information that would be a clear invasion of privacy interests when the interests are not outweighed by the public interest.

The bureau said that Rich’s family members have a privacy interest in preventing the release of the information that outweighs the public interest, but Mazzant, an Obama appointee, rejected the argument.

“The Court is not persuaded by the FBI’s argument that Seth Rich’s survivors have a privacy interest in withholding the entirety of the information contained on Seth Rich’s laptop,” he said.

“Pointedly, the FBI cites to no case law for the proposition that survivors of the deceased have a privacy interest in information related to the deceased’s favorite music or relationship history,” he added.

Previous rulings in other cases have found that loved ones of dead people have a substantial privacy interest in preventing the disclosure of autopsies, death scene photographs, and other materials from a person’s final moments. Those rulings don’t apply to this case, Mazzant said.

He ordered the FBI to produce the information to Huddleston within 14 days.

"‘Major Victory’
Ty Clevenger, a lawyer representing Huddleston, said the ruling was a victory.

“The FBI has fought tooth and nail to conceal evidence about Seth Rich, so Judge Mazzant’s order is a major victory for us,” Clevenger told The Epoch Times via email.

The FBI did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Queries sent to lawyers who represented Rich’s parents in a different matter were not immediately returned.

Clevenger said any files not of a personal nature will be posted online after Huddleston receives them.

“As soon as we can get it ready to post I’ll put it up on my blog for everybody to look at,” he said.

False Claims
The bureau falsely told Clevenger when he asked for information on Seth Rich that it didn’t possess any. Emails disclosed in a separate case proved the FBI wrong. The bureau identified some potentially responsive 20,000 files in response to Huddleston’s requests, later narrowing it down to 1,563 pages.

The FBI has only produced 75 pages to date, while withholding hundreds of others.

During the litigation, the FBI admitted for the first time that it had come into possession of files from Rich’s laptop.

But Michael Seidel, an FBI official, said in a declaration that the FBI was provided “information and material extracted from Seth Rich’s personal laptop.” He also said, “since the FBI had no involvement in the extraction of the data from Seth Rich’s personal laptop, there is no way to know with certainty if the information provided by the source and maintained by the FBI in the Special Counsel’s Office record collection, accurately depicts the contents of the information contained on Seth Rich’s personal laptop at the time of his death.”

Still, the official said that the computer “may contain information of family (parents and siblings), friends or acquaintances (professional or personal), his favorite music and other material that would reveal details concerning both personal and sensitive relationships.” At the same time, he acknowledged that Seth Rich himself “has no privacy interests due to being deceased.”

Clevenger and Huddleston have an expert ready to analyze the information from the laptop to see whether it was tampered with after Rich’s death.

Those pipeline explosions could be the result of Russian incompetence (a national trait). With the flow of natural gas stopped, methane hydrates could have formed in the pipelines and plugged the pipelines due to the temperatures and pressures involved. The preferred way to clear those plugs is depressurize both ends of the pipeline and wait for the methane hydrate to sublimate back into natural gas.

Russians, being Russians, would never ask Germany for help in clearing the plug. They'd depressurize their side, the plug would weaken and then the pressure from the German side would propel the plug down the pipeline until it reached a bend. Can you spell "B.O.O.M.!"?

Howard said...

Yeah, Mike from Snoqualmie! I like how you are thinking. It's funny how people like to think of many things that happen being the result of the careful planning and execution of a super secret operation rather than attribute the incident to human error and incompetence.

I'm on a word of the day email list. Normally, I read it, delete it, and forget about it. But today's is worth keeping: grumbletonian

MEANING:
noun: A habitual complainer.

ETYMOLOGY:
From grumble, perhaps from French or Dutch. Earliest documented use: 1690.

NOTES:
In the 17th century words were sometimes coined by adding the suffix -tonian in a contemptuous manner. Other examples are sillytonian and simpletonian. The trend appears to have started after Muggletonian and Grindletonian, religious sects in 17th century England. Muggletonianism, for example, was started by two tailors one of whom was named Muggleton. According to Wiki, “Muggletonians avoided all forms of worship or preaching, and met only for discussion and socializing. The movement was egalitarian, apolitical, and pacifist, and resolutely avoided evangelism.”

USAGE:
“Don’t fill your conversation with complaints and criticisms. No one wants to hang out with a grumbletonian.”

Biden Admin Quietly Makes Reversal on Student Loan Forgiveness Program, Scales Back Eligibility

By Katabella Roberts (Epoch Times)

September 30, 2022 Updated: September 30, 2022

"The Biden administration quietly issued an update to its student loan forgiveness plan on Thursday, drastically scaling back eligibility on the same day that six Republican-led states filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden, claiming his student loan forgiveness plan is illegal.

As of Thursday, borrowers who have federal student loans that are owned by private entities and not by the U.S. Department of Education will no longer qualify for the relief program.

Previously, the administration had said those borrowers with student loans owned by private entities, many of which were made under the former Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) program and Federal Perkins Loan program, would qualify for relief of up to $10,000 or $20,000 in loan forgiveness, as long as the borrower consolidated his or her debt into the federal Direct Loan program.

The guidance now states: “As of Sept. 29, 2022, borrowers with federal student loans not held by ED cannot obtain one-time debt relief by consolidating those loans into Direct Loans.”

More than 4 million student loan borrowers have privately held loans through the FFEL Program, according to NPR.

“Our goal is to provide relief to as many eligible borrowers as quickly and easily as possible, and this will allow us to achieve that goal while we continue to explore additional legally-available options to provide relief to borrowers with privately owned FFEL loans and Perkins loans, including whether FFEL borrowers could receive one-time debt relief without needing to consolidate,” the Department of Education said in an emailed statement to CNN.

We bought the land for our house in June 2019. Filed for the permit in February 2020 and received it in April 2021. We got the construction loan in October 2021. Adair started construction in December, just in time to get delayed by the concrete strike. The foundation was poured in February 2022, using scab labor.

I've blogged about the project at https://tokulacres.com/.

"Those pipeline explosions could be the result of Russian incompetence (a national trait)."

Probably not, the incompetence would not have been limited to be just outside of national sea borders for 3 of the 4 pipelines two damaged north, one damaged south. One pipeline was left, for ongoing use? or because one mine did not shoot as planned?

After days, the news is not giving us anything, that means the US did not do it because if they did it would be reported in the Washington Post, the CIA leak paper.
