I voted for the least popular choice: "Update your bio, then run." He pleaded guilty to a crime and served his sentence. He's a registered sex offender. But he has a right to free speech and social media is for everyone.
I'm assuming "then run" means get on with tweeting. Not run for office.
ADDED: I wondered, how's Huma Abedin these days. I see she filed for divorce in 2017, when he pled guilty, but she withdrew the case in 2018. Years later, there is still no divorce. The Guardian published an interview with her last month:

I read the excerpt from the Huma interview in The Guardian and thought, geesh, so typical of women or maybe just American women. Here's this good-looking, bright woman who had this fabulous job working with some of the world's most powerful people, who has a child and, apparently, plenty of friends and family, and here she is whining about her sex life and worrying about dating. Nothing is ever enough, nothing is ever good enough. It should been this, why wasn't it that? I guess everyone has to find something to b*tch about.
As to Anthony Weiner being on Twitter, it's not as if he's going to bring the level of discourse down to some cruder, more barbaric level.

Female genital mutilation is common in Africa, less common in in South Asia, where the Abedins came from, and probably less common in Saudi Arabia, where they lived. Some educated Muslims will defend it out of team spirit without thinking of inflicting it on their daughters.
People aren't always as smart or as confident as one might assume. I doubt Wiener is very many people's idea of Prince Charming, but it's not absolutely inconceivable that he might have been Huma's. Washington DC is a strange place, and power and connections distort perceptions.
Why would you talk to the Guardian about your current and historical sex life? What need would that serve? She's not selling a book or anything, is she?

It's not a free speech question, it's asking what people would advise him to do. No ones saying he's not allowed to post on twitter, but the large majority - inlcuding me - say it's a bad idea.

You're forgetting...Hillary would do ANYTHING to gain political power. If that means being a lesbian but getting married and having a kid, so be it.
