But Pablo, Tyrone, Uniqua, Tasha, and Austin aren’t behind just one viral trend on TikTok right now; the animal pals also sing “Castaways,” the smooth samba you’ve been hearing on your “For You” feed. That’s right, “Into the Thick of It” and “Castaways” are from The Backyardigans, which aired on Nick Jr. from 2004 to 2013.

being certain age, I didn't know the animation series. However, upon first hearing the song on TikTok, another image immediately came to my mind.
Characters from the BBC series 'The Thick of It' going to the meetings and singing the song. Way more fun and fits seamlessly.
Some people claim it was the best political comedy series ever made. The US produced, hilarious follow-up 'In the Loop', introduced the outrageous Malcolm and others to
the international politics around the time of the Second Iraq War preparations.
