In addition to the tape recordings, her testimony about what Lewinsky said to her probably was not hearsay because it wouldn't have been to show that Lewinsky had had the affair, but rather that Lewinsky had contemporaneously told her of such, corroborating her story. It was a present sense impression recorded, introduced to show that Lewinsky had said it, and not that it had actually happened.
