"It was an unbelievably stupid thing to say. You can see why it could be taken as offensive if you didn’t know Tim."

"But really it was just part of his upbringing. He went to a single-sex school in the 1960s. Nevertheless he is not sexist. I am a feminist, and I would not have put up with him if he were sexist."

From "Tim Hunt: ‘I’ve been hung out to dry. They haven’t even bothered to ask for my side of affairs’/In an exclusive interview Tim Hunt and his wife Professor Mary Collins tell how their lives fell apart after his quip about women in science went viral on Twitter."

""And many STEM folks fit the scientist stereotype. Sorry?"
HOW DARE YOU SAY STEM FOLKS FIT A SCIENTIST STEREOTYPE! You should be fired for denigrating people!

LOL

Keep the hits coming!

Anything to avoid the obvious: no one has been fired for signing a Walker recall petition.

Joshua Inglett lost a job for signing it. That's been clearly established, and only the most partisan of hacks would say otherwise. (Much like a partisan hack for the other side would say Robert Bork didn't lose his job at the Supreme Court. Those on the right and in the middle would agree that he did.)

And evidence suggests that other people were fired from their jobs, or perhaps not hired. As stated before, people all over the state were bragging about using the recall list in hire/fire decisions. While it is possible that some of them, or perhaps even most of them, are just blowhards who like to talk big online I find it highly improbable that they 100% all are.

What leads you to believe that each and every one of those people were lying about their intentions and actions? Because that is the only way you can repeatedly make such such an absolute statement.

And credit where credit is due. Kudos to you for not even trying to deny that you use multiple log-ins. That's a big first step, and maybe there is some hope for you yet.

No it hasn't.

Try again.

I don't respond to insane projections.
