Wandering through the Tea Party crowd at the Wisconsin Capitol rally today.

The audio is Andrew Breitbart's speech. The video is lots of faces and signs... for 5 minutes.

Bravo to Breitbart. Those teachers are not the teachers I remember. And yes they were unionized back then too.

More power to Walker and the clear majority of people in Wisconsin!

Here, here, chickelit.

Or hear, hear. Whichever.

So how did Herman Cain do? I worked for him directly for a year or so back in the early 80's.

He used to say that the reason there are no black conservatives is that "To be a conservative, first you have to have something to conserve!" He has pretty well fixed that issue on a personal level.

I loved the YouTube video:

“Maybe the ten percent has forgotten that we pay the bills.” - Classic Herman.

Seems like a good turnout, considering they don't have a union or and OFA to pay for their appearance.

TJ, Ann Coulter has been going around saying Chris Christie is the only hope for a defeat of Obama in '12.

I think Herman Cain is the other one.

Is there a website where we can tell the governor we stand with him?

The silent majority..

Very nice.

The trick is to turn off the sound.

Leaders stink.

Jeebus Althouse.

Poetic.

Did anyone else know that the Texas governor's mansion was burned down?

No, Garage, we're talking about Breitbart. Jesse Jackson spoke yesterday.

Oh you're just still pissed about the truth he told about Pigford.

As I mentioned in a previous thread, he's out of the closet admitting that all of the civility stuff last month was just so much bullshit.

Hey, I'll take little threads and shards of progress wherever I can find them!

And ACORN. garage thinks ACORN is a bunch of dedicated public servants. I mean "was."

I like the way she writes, but Coulter has a tendency to go off on her own private little tangent, occasionally. I don't think he's that great if you look at some of the other things he supports.

OTOH I'd love to vote for Herman Cain in the OH primary. Or Jim DeMint.

In any case, The Zero dropped another notch on Rasmussen today and I noticed some of the prices are getting a bit stiff, particularly for anything using wheat.

If inflation starts to get ugly, it will kill the economy and The Zero is gonna be fair game for anybody willing to get in his face.

How dare he expose ACORN like that.

Althouse, thanks for walking through the pro Walker crowd so we can contrast the MSM coverage.

edutcher, I saw Cain speak at a rally in Dayton. He was great. And, I think, easily as charismatic as Christie.

I didn't know you were a fellow Ohioan!

Unknown said...

Yup, near Akron.

I've seen Cain on Cavuto several times. Very impressive.

And so is his bio. A very accomplished man. Love for him to be the '12 nominee.

This Ohioan (Bryan, northwest corner) would like to suggest a Republican Republican, Thune.

Of course, I'd vote for my cat over Obama; but I think we need Reagan's bold, bright colors in '12, no pastels. Christie would do great in debates, but he's more salmon than red.

So many nice people in that crowd. Just moved aside without comment. Me likey

Nothing more populist than bussing in a bunch of angry white people to talk shit on those greedy, lying teachers, who make about $40,000 a year. LOL!

Well, we've got Ohio covered. We're the AltOHusians.
