I like the race issue. What diversity does Congress and the Senate have for their aids? How are they chosen? Does the legislature have an aggressive minority recruiting plan? Or, are they exempt from all that? What hypocrisy!

I don't think Breyer is much of a Justice but his ice cream is pretty good.

He will have to recuse himself if he has any honor because he seems to have assumed the law's constitutionality without granting due process.
