Actually, after spending years in trying to have reasonable conversations with Bush haters, I came to the conclusion that people on the left have no moral underpinnings that require them to be truthful or decent. Things going better for American Troops in a shooting war? Well, ignore it and hope for the worst.

The Dow runs over 14k 6 years after the devastation of 9-11? It has nothing to do with the administartion.

The Dow crashes after Affirmative Action for borrowers fails?

Blame the administration and Republicans.

Run ads about John McCains cancer, question his war time service, and accuse the Palins of lying about the birth of a Down Syndrome child.

If you are in the media, pick up the meme and run with it, whatever it is as long as it helps The Cause (PBUH).

When your candidate breaks a promise of taking public financing and ends up outsepnding the other guy as much as 8 to 1 in some states, look the other way.

If you are in the media, make sure you don't write any stories abiot "buying an election". Save those for next time when the Rethuglicans, who have learned their lesson, rely on themselves and their substantial resources to reclaim America.

Many of us feel absolutely no compunction to support the incoming administration (assuming the polls hold). We have learned well these last 8 years, and the lessons that were taught us will surely show.; 10/19/08, 11:56 AM
Trooper York said...: Adele did not use any of our clothes last night. She was a very tough fit as she would only wear black, sliver or grey. I think the stuff we sent was great but she did not pick any of it. The a-line skirt she wore was sleeveless so she wore a nondescript cardigan over it. The piece we sent had long sleeves and was much more flattering to her, but I guess she wanted to go in a different direction. She did look good, but if she came to the store and worked with my wife she would have looked a lot better.

What the article overlooks is that the Small Schools Workshop was founded by and is co-directed by a Michael Klonsky.

Not only was Klonsky a national leader of the SDS, he founded in the early 1970s the Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) of the USA. He's an education professor. His group got more than $800,000 from the CAC.

Blows my mind.

Someone tell me that Sen. Obama had no idea he was funneling nearly $1 million to a Communist front group.
