Why not just apologize? I've proven that you're wrong on the facts. And I'm a pretty effective critic, and satirist. You'd be better off just conceding the point.
Apologize to GWPDA for calling her a sexist. It's the right thing to do.
I want to question whether it is sherbet... it has a creamy quality to it. Sherbet would have melted into a watery consistency, but this has melted into a semi-solid agar. I think that's what they do to really bad ice cream. Don't let the strong colors fool you.

Not that I'm done taking notes.
I scream, Dean screams, we all scream for ice cream.
Wow I love that! : )
Medium: Ice Cream
Clearly the medium is sherbert. And you call yourself an art critic.
Why not just apologize? I've proven that you're wrong on the facts...oh, sorry, I thought I was somebody else for a moment
Somewhere a child is lamenting the loss of their cone.
Ignorance: There is only one 'r' in sherbet. Sorry to be a pedant, but that's one of my (many) pet peeves.
Now apologize!

You've proven me wrong on the spelling, and regarding that I apologize.
But it is still clearly sherbet, which is creamy when melted. From the colors, it is probably cheap sherbet.
Don't underestimate the ice cream makers of Madison, Wisconsin, kids. Sherbet, indeed!
Here's what they look like before the ice cream stage.

Really bad sherbet, too.
