A Grateful Dead-inspired wall mural in Madison? Noooo. Quel surprise. I'd stop for "The Laughing Cavalier" painted on the side of a building.
I don't think it's Grateful Dead related. I believe it's supposed to depict the "politics of food."
The building is the Mifflin Street Food Co-op.
