The lawsuit is a clear winner in federal court, and the presumption is- if CA says to discriminate against you- that's the sole reason you weren't hired. Don't know if the lawsuit could recover damages from every lawmaker who voted for an obviously unconstitutional bill, and the governor who signed it, but heck, include them also in the lawsuit. Gospace said...: On a personal note, finally got a location on my probable half-sister. I DNA matched with her son in 2019. He's ignored my messages... Most likely relationship with him from DNA share- half-nephew. For reasons, things I could find from public records- it was far more likely his mother was the parental match. She got my letter about 2 weeks ago. Emailed me. She was surprised- but a little short of shocked. I don't know why. Emailed me today- Ancestry has her DNA. So a 2 or 3 week wait for them to finish testing, we'll know for certain.

Never take a DNA test if you can't take surprises. One of my nieces, very racist before testing, discovered her mother was lying- she wasn't part native American, but rather of African descent... Through her unknown paternal-grandfather...
