Hee…that first one looks like the opening of a horror movie. A woman walks alone through the woods…something waits for her to pass, then begins to sneak up on her…crunching footsteps growing louder….

BTW, Rod Dreher just had a column up about 911. He was living in NYC at the time and later had to go see a pyschiatrist about "anger management" because the attack filled him with rage.

He also would decorate his Christmas Tree with funeral notices for the Fire/Police men killed on 911. And yes, Rod is a big Neo-con warmonger. And all around odd ball.

Even weirder, big Christian Rod was also filled with Rage over the Catholic Church sex scandal. It cause him to lose his faith (supposedly) for a while and leave the Church.

Imagine someone, honestly, leaving the Church because of a few bad priests or bishops. Its like Rod never read any Church history. Some Pope once said something like "The church is immortal. If the Bishops haven't destroyed it, nothing will".

The lady of the lake.
They dropped the price of Eliquis. Instead of paying 630 for a 3 month supply it's now 150. Originally it was 600 a month.
The threat of it going generic is always two years away.

In other news. I've been going out to the lake,(Michigan) once a week. The idea is to fish, but it's always nice to get out there and lay in the sand and gaze at the eastern horizon. A good relaxing time.
