Walsh allegedly told investigators she killed her young son because he’s the 'anti-Christ' and 'devil,' according to prosecutors. Little Barrett was found with his feet off the ground, and a ligature around his neck.... Walsh was reportedly found lying in a bathtub, fully clothed and drenched in bloody water."

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 206 of 206Even if I had sympathy for Clancy (I don't, actually!), that wouldn't support her walking (well, rolling) scot-free! Sympathy for a defendant does not necessarily translate into putting society at risk or believing that the rules of retribution don't apply. Not in my view, anyway.
For the record, I also don't think that defense attorneys should be browbeating jurors, and I don't think judges should allow it, period. I would apply this to all officers of the court, period.

...along with some of the lowest access to care in the country. One of the side effects of Romneycare and Obamacare is that everyone is insured, but it's much harder to find a doctor and get treated.
When Clancy’s fifteen minutes are over and the crazed fringe who supports her moves on to their next thing she will be entirely alone so she can marinate in her guilt and her life will be nothing but the deepest pain one can live.
Or she will become an internet influencer and profit from her actions while she demonstrates again that she is a psychopath.
