How is that different than Kamala Harris paying celebrities to appear at her campaign events? Even if they just sing a song, it is an implied endorsement.

Much of it seems obvious when it comes to certain people who have no principles and turn their political views on a dime (or many dimes)
How many people are going to take money to promote a candidate they don't like? I suppose some will, but even they are sending the message that "hey, this candidate isn't that bad - I wouldn't promote an existential threat just to make a few bucks." So it's all political speech. CC, JSM

So, when it comes to foreign policy - having disclosures is unneccessary in the middle east for US pols. They're all bought off unless proven otherwise.
Ukraine is a more tricky matter. But I'm sure a lot of the US "$ aid $ " to Ukraine found its way back to the US pols (and their families) who voted for it.
I see that creepy Senator Lankford is in Ukraine. Not Oklahoma. Or DC. Why look after the interests of your voters when you can play santa claus to a foreign country?
