I bet there's plenty of saucy hairdressers that use the same term interchangeably and everybody knows what they mean.

Hilarious, for sure. Everyone in my 8th grade class would have laughed their asses off at that.

It is a thing on TikTok where people lip-sync to someone else's speech for comedic purposes.

That explains the second video, but I think the question is about the first video!
Was it a sincere blooper by a nice lady who was genuinely embarrassed? It's possible that People magazines and other places that carried this story were duped.
I'm only blogging it because I thought the TikTok guy did a very funny lip synch and that People is such a dumb throwback to pre-internet times.
Ah, my mistake.
I am guessing it was a real mistake - if they wanted to stage it, I don't think they would have had her facing away form the camera.
