Let's look at the transcript: "What people are telling me includes that they want to believe in systems. And they've lost trust in those systems. What that means is quite simple: People want things to be better. We're not told how. We're told what it's not. It's not the way of the past — not Trump's "Great Again" or "Build Back Better" and it's not the destructiveness of the far left.
AND: I do find it odd that she uses the word "systems": "What people are telling me includes that they want to believe in systems." Why would we want to believe in systems? That makes "systems" seem like religion — where the value is in the belief itself. She says people have "lost trust in those systems" — as if what people want is to avoid the bother of monitoring government.

First, the f-curve on the vote count is a big nothingburger. It happens all the time in Democrat districts.
