Meade, I humbly admit that I don't seem to have the correct kind of listening talent to understand all of Dylan's words when he sings. Could you please identify the name of this song so I can go read the lyrics.
I think the lighter blue that is closer to the camera is the undercoat. Most of the pool is showing a dark grey color extending from the opposite end in this web cam, and I think that might be the American Flag Blue that is the final coat.
