Tiana met Broadnax after finding his story on the website writeaprisoner.com and writing to him. She married him 2 weeks before his scheduled execution and never touched him. She did use an old T-shirt of his to experience his smell.

Okay. Ambigious snark is hard to refute. Name the innocent men executed since 1965. These guys sit on death row for years, some for Decades trying to prove they were innocent or there was some legal technicality that should commute their sentence. I’ve been having this argument with various AIs for a long time.
My position is this: Supposedly women are attracted to “bad boys” because they confuse violence with strength - or as you say “they're emotionally disturbed”. Confused or disturbed.

Well Big Mike, you bring up an interesting point. One that the Criminal justice system has been dealing with.. well fovever. Two men go into a store, a house, a whatever, and murder someone or someones. Each says they didn't pull the trigger. They were the bystander, while "Crazy other guy" decided to kill everyone. They just wanted to rape, rob, assault. Its "the other guy" who killed.
So I guess you let them off. Right? No you punish them. But what if the crime was so terrible that it reaches death penalty status?
But guess what, sometimes the killers make it easy for everyone. One of them confesses and says he did it. He was vicious killer who pulled trigger. That's what happened here. Now, here's the kicker. Once innocent bystander guy is sentenced to prison and time has gone by, there's nothing to stop him from claiming "No, it was acutally me that pulled the trigger" just to get his friend off death row. He's aleady been tried convicted and sentenced. He can't be given the death penalty.

Texas Death Row means the convicted no longer have physical contact with anyone outside the prison. This includes family members and attorneys.

I also think it's a travesty. Both should have been executed.
The number I read said the British on their way to becoming the most peaceful law abiding nation around did it by executing about 1% of their population a year. They stopped doing that, imported a criminal class and look at them now.
Forget this 3rd strike life imprisonment nonsense. 3rd felony- hangman's noose. One year for appeals, then the hanging.
