You are a hardy and resilient people, able to deal with horrible conditions. I dont think I ever want to go to Wisconsin. I have been in Buffalo NY a few times, in the snow, because I had to, and I swore never again.

You'd be moving really well if you were on level ground, but you're scooting around, surefooted, on ice and then backwards! So good, I almost started to seriously consider if you and Meade were starting to post AI video. I immediately rejected that, though; just so not you or Meade.
My eyes actually well a bit when I see how hale, hearty and healthy you and Meade are...especially during the dauntingly cold stretches of your Wisconsin winters. The New York Times should do a follow up story on your continued success as a couple.

Thing is, they are not horrible conditions.

I like your hat.
I guess the penguins all run and hide when y'all show up.
Wha?
A waning Althouse?
Gibbous is a great word, whatever it means.
He waxed gibbous about his new car while she was having her gibbous waxed.
Gibbous waning? It could be low T.
Nice rosy cheecks. Those mittens/gloves look comfy.
Nice. Keep walking backwards. It is a great skill many loose at our age. On Ice too. Brave not afraid to fall.
I like setting my clock for these moonrises, to walk to the beach, they look like they come from covers of pulp science fiction novels.
A moonrise at 2:00 AM or so over the mountains is pretty impressive too.
After giving the dog his final nighttime walk, I always tell my wife what phase the moon is in. And she always looks at me as though I’m insane.

She’s still the cutest one.

I hope Meade sang to you: "[he's] still in love with you/On this gibbous moon." CC, JSM
Please tell me there’s no tassel on back of that hat, and that it’s not one of those “Melt the ICE” bats knitted by the crazy women in Minnesota.
