Gavin Newsom and the 7 Women.

From the London Times.
Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, a fellow with the measurements of a Disney prince who once behaved, by his own admission, “as a single guy who happened to be mayor” of San Francisco rather than the other way around.

Gavin Newsome is like the rich bully from every eighties movie. Why do the Dems keep pushing him on us?

I just can’t read the article. The Picture makes my skin crawl.

He's got binders full of women.

She said she supported the #MeToo movement but added: “I am doubtful that it applies. Yes, I was a subordinate, but I was also a free-thinking, 33-[year]-old adult married woman & mother.”

A woman taking responsibility for her sex life. Oof.

Another puff piece on Gavin. Excuse me for a minute.

The "Disney prince" and the "seven women".

The women dwarfed him?

Take it Easy:

Well I'm a-running down the road trying to loosen my load
I've got seven women on my mind
Four that want to own me, two that want to stone me
One says she's a friend of mine

Tell you the truth, both of them give me the creeps, Kimberley as a result of all the work that's been done, and Gruesome whenever he smiles that Joker smile.

The leftmedia will “draw the sting” from Newsom’s womanizing with puff pieces like this. Like all Democrats, he is running against Trump. Who will he run against in ‘28?

There's some skepticism about Newsom's dyslexia. He most likely has it, but was he really diagnosed at age 5? That seems too early. Most kids are only beginning to learn to read at that point. Dyslexia also provided a convenient excuse to graduate in his major without passing statistics. Statistics can be tough even for those of us who can read.

Don't look at the picture. You may get hung up trying to think of who they remind you of. Young Gavin -- Matt Dillon (the actor, not the frontier lawman)? Kimberley -- any cover of a 1960s women's magazine. 1992 Gavin (photo in the article) gives off strong Patrick Bateman vibes. How many of those 7 women are buried in Gav's basement?

Disney Prince? More like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.

Gavin likes women and has been with a few. Hmmm. not really news. He must be the front runner for the Democratic nomination...

A walking sleazy haircut.

Newsom is going up against JD Vance's story growing up.

mccullough said...

JD Vance is smart. Gavin is a moron like W & Gore. Only thing worse than affirmative action is nepotism.

bagoh20 said...

Not going to read that crap, but I did do a quick word search.
No mention of the words: "train", "alien", or "fire".
A puff piece on a Democrat means ignoring anything important, especially policy that has been around for long enough to fail, which is usually about 1 year.

I had the good fortune to listen to Gavin doing regular press conferences (Cuomo-style) during covid. Those who did, need no further education about his ego and vapidity. He's probably just about capable of being day-manager of a 7-11 in Visalia.

I think Rubio might get more votes, especially if Cuba & Venezuela have elections. Then add in a free Iran, and peace in both Ukraine and Gaza by 2028, and we got ourselves a brand new Hitler.

Just an old country lawyer said...

I'm afraid that in the photo, to my tired old cynical eyes, Kimberly looks way too much like Monica Lewinsky.
Deliver us.

doctrev said...

I know they have to have puff pieces, but what about the 17 gay men who shaped Gavin Newsom? You can say there were fewer, but I can say you're a liar too.

bagoh20 said...

The seriousness of Rubio next to Newsome would be embarrassing, and a welcome change from Trump's style.

Shorter London Times: OMG, Kamala's rising in the polls! Gavin comes off as sleazy, so let's surround him with women to shore up the women's vote.

Rubio is 5’8 at best. Newsom is about 6’3. JD Vance is almost 6’2. It would be nuts to run Rubio

I will never forgive this douchebag for his covid lockdowns. I lived in an apartment across from the Marin county civic center. There was a nice jogging path around the civic center that was stupidly closed during the lockdown. Newsom was a hypocrite by hosting a large dinner at French Laundry without wearing the required masks. Closing outdoor spaces was idiotic and did more harm than good - which was easy because it did no good.

imTay said...

The whole COVID lockdown thing was an exercise in population conditioning.

If you ever saw the play William Tell, which I am certain that you didn't, it was popular in the US not long after our own revolution, as a story about overcoming tyranny.

Well, in the play, the reason that he had to shoot the apple off of his son's head was punishment because he refused to bow to a piece of cloth hung in the village square, because that symbolized obeisance to the emperor. Of course, William Tell saved some arrows and took out the Emperor's viceroy, and finally the Hapsburgs were chased out of Switzerland.

It's open auditions for a front man to play the President on television. They were so successful with that clean-cut Black guy a few years ago. Too bad it didn't work out with that avuncular old guy.

Skeptical Voter said...

Fred Drinkwater at 2:00 pm. I just got a call from the 7-11 regional office. That opening for a day manager at their Visalia location has been filled. Sorry Gavin--but there might an opening for a night janitor--sweep the floors and fill the Slushee machine. But Gavin lacks the essentials to be a day manager.

Is it bad that that woman's face and expression says to me "Danger, Will Robinson!"

buwaya said...

Its a natural human tendency to assume that ones leader, or would-be leader, is a specific person. It fills some sort of need I suppose. But in a modern technological mass-society it is false (mostly).
I have had extensive dealings with San Francisco (and other counties/municipalities) and California state governments, on matters of real importance to the population (supply of energy). The incompetence and misbehavior of these entities had nothing to do with Newsom being Governor or Mayor. It is rather a distributed state of failure of an entire leadership caste.
Its rare that one person has the overwhelming force of personality and intellect to create and organize a leadership caste. Most leaders rise within their milieu and do not affect it much if at all.
Policy is a collective outcome of the caste, not of the leader.
Newsom is a creature of his caste. He hasnt got the (rare) personality or intellect to escape it. He is just the facade of a collective entity. And that entity is incompetent and prone to gross errors.

buwaya said...

She (Kimberley Guilfoyle) is smarter than Gavin Newsom, and has a significantly stronger personality. Not smart enough or strong enough to dominate her milieu though. Not a good enough facade either, once past the bloom of youth.
She's an ordinary product, only slightly elevated, of the San Francisco middle class, a Catholic shoolgirl, daughter of an Irish contractor.

narciso said...

She seems to a hit on the athens social scene

buwaya said...

"Is it bad that that woman's face and expression says to me "Danger, Will Robinson!"

That face and expression is typical of San Francisco private high school girls.

Goldenpause said...

Seven women on my mind. That’s from an Eagles’ song. I doubt it’s a coincidence. Next Newsom will claim he was standing on a corner in Winslow, Arizona. What a predictable clown.

Guilfoyle has dramatically altered her natural beauty to arrive at her current look: the quintessential Mar-a-Lago face.

Women have no idea how clownish and ridiculous they look after having these unnecessary procedures. They don’t look younger, they look disfigured.

buwaya said...

Guilfoyle has better (inherent) leadership chops than Newsom or Kamala Harris (also part of the CA milieu). But she lacked the necessary qualities to sell herself as a facade to the Dem milieu. Ultimately not pretty enough, or Latina/black enough, to put it crudely.
Her mother is Puerto Rican, but she doesnt speak Spanish (that I know of), which is a significant defect.

Yancey Ward said...

"Gavin Newsome is like the rich bully from every eighties movie. Why do the Dems keep pushing him on us?"

Because, when he runs against Vance in 2028, they literally know you will vote for Newsom, D.D. Driver.

I think we can assume Will Pavia offered to blow Newsom.

"Women have no idea how clownish and ridiculous they look after having these unnecessary procedures."
That is the result of social anxiety of upwardly mobile people. You see it a lot among San Francisco Jewish women. Nose jobs are almost a Jewish joke.

buwaya said...

We lived in their milieu. Our kids grew up in their society. South side of San Francisco, Catholic private schools. Some of my kids friends had been to Notre Dame des Victoires, Newsoms school (which is downtown). We would regularly go to Joe's of Westlake, Guilfoyle's neighborhood. Our mall was Stonestown, much frequented by the girls of Guilfoyles school, Mercy High, which was across the street.

buwaya said...

San Francisco is (and has always been) an almost absurdly cosmopolitan place. Our kids friends were a virtual UN of the worlds peoples. Jewish, Irish, Italian, Scandinavian, Canadian, Brazilian, Filipino, Chinese, Mexican, etc and etc. Predominantly however Catholic, which has also been the case since the founding of the city.

Indefinitely Extended Excursion™️ said...

Guilfoyle had a natural Cindy Crawford look that was working for her.

Age is especially cruel to women. Most of them anyway.

No one at the London Times lives in California. Newsom is a silver spoon trust fund kid with all the charm of a sleazy, old school used car salesman. (Some)Women are attracted to money first, and power, looks are optional. Kamala Harris was a side piece for Willie Brown, the powerful Speaker of the State Assembly.
This slobbering propaganda is out there just to make people not look at Newsom's ugly affair with a married woman.
