I don't think that last part is really correct, Althouse. One of the defining characteristics of leftist public relations operations is the plausibly deniable directives. Information is given out in such a way that it can be argued that the provider was suggesting just the exact opposite. For example, someone might have written back in May that, "I hope no one shoots Charlie Kirk in the head at one of his public debates." The writer can quite clearly argue that he was telling people not to shoot at Charlie Kirk but a reasonable person would have to have more information in order to believe that assertion.

I'm really taken aback by the two women's demeanor. They think this is a game.

However in this case, watching Tim Pool’s video, I think she wanted to harm the cops. When Good says, “I’m not mad at you,” there is no sincerity in her voice. It’s very disturbing.
From what I’ve seen it looks like she was trying to steer around the officer and leave. And he was stupid to stand in front of a running vehicle; if she’d wanted to run him down she easily could have. That said, she was also stupid to try to drive away. Don’t bring a whistle to a gun fight. Obey commands, get out of the car, and live to sue another day.
The obstruction accomplishes nothing. They definitely know that getting the cops' reaction on video is the most important thing. There is no way for the cops to deal with the obstruction without resorting to some violence, because that's what the protestors insist on getting. Too many don't see this victim play for what it is, a dangerous lie about cops and policy, and it's infectious. They know this. They are playing the public, and the media is in on it. The ice makes the vehicle even more unpredictable - even if she intended to completely evade any contact, no guarantee that she wouldn't skid out and hit him, especially at the close distance.
