"Barron Trump was on a video call with a woman in London when he saw her ex-boyfriend allegedly grab her hair and push her to the floor while shouting 'you are not worth anything'..."

"Snaresbrook crown court was told. Trump phoned the police immediately after he believed he had seen Matvei Rumiantsev, a Russian citizen, repeatedly punch the woman. In court, a dramatic call was played in which Trump’s son can be heard calling 999 operators and telling them: 'I just got a call from a girl I know. She’s getting beaten up.'... Trump, 19, was heard pleading... 'It’s really an emergency, please. I got a call from her with a guy beating her up.' The 999 operator then told off Trump for refusing to answer questions, saying: 'Can you stop being rude and actually answer my questions. If you want to help the person, you’ll answer my questions clearly and precisely, thank you. So how do you know her?' Trump replied: 'I met her on social media. She’s getting really badly beat up and the call was about eight minutes ago, I don’t know what could have happened by now.' He added: 'So sorry for being rude.'"

From "Barron Trump ‘saved woman’s life’ in London/The US president’s youngest son tells court that he saw his friend being assaulted by a former boyfriend during a video call and called the police" (London Times).

Barron made that emergency call on January 18, 2025. The trial is going on now.

Some TRUMP fan, DARED to call 999 to stop a crime in England?
Doesn't he KNOW? that you're ALLOWED to beat and assault women in England?

Oh WAIT! Matvei Rumiantsev is a Russian?
Is he even a Moslim? Doesn't HE Know? that ONLY Moslims are allowed to do that in England?

Good for Barron. He did the right thing. He deserves a peace prize more than his father does. But I wonder how much you can "know someone" if your only contact with them was that you met them on social media. I guess I am old school. Get off of my lawn!

Presence of mind, and the courage to follow through. Good for him and her.

Would be nice to read the whole dialog between Barron and the dispatcher. Entirely believable that Barron would be freaked the hell out from seeing violence (especially given what happened to his dad and Charlie (z''l)) and misinterpret the dispatcher's calmness as uncaring. Bit less believable that he'd be 'rude' - his parents seem like they inculcate respect for working people. CC, JSM

Maybe I'm just a rube, but what number do you call for an emergency happening in another country?

It's fortunate for her that she knew him and was talking to him at the time. It's weird that any Trump talks to people they met on social media.

From the article:

Bodycam video from police at the scene showed the woman telling officers: “I am friends with Barron Trump, Donald Trump’s son.” One of the officers is then heard telling a colleague: “So apparently this informant from America is likely to be Donald Trump’s son."

Man, those British cops don't miss a thing!

999 works in the EU and the UK. As it was inspired by our 911 system, it includes the provision to provide middle class incomes for short-tempered incompetents to act as operators and dispatchers.

I'm sorry for being rude in my 4:44 PM comment. All 999 operators must adhere to strict guidelines when interacting with callers reporting assaults on women and girls. Before any law enforcement or emergency services can be dispatched, the operator must make certain no Muslims are involved in the alleged incident.

bag: "Maybe I'm just a rube, but what number do you call for an emergency happening in another country?"

Yes, that's something also left unclear in the article. Was Barron FaceTiming her from the US? If so, very impressive that he figured out how to call the London 999 center from here, especially under shock and stress.

(I mean, a tech-savvy young man could just use AI, or plain Google 'Scotland Yard' or 'London Metropolitan Police,' find a non-emergency regular phone number, call that, and get transferred to 999. Alternatively, NYC may be sophisticated enough that its 911 has a list of numbers for other jurisdictions. The problem probably comes up a lot with so many NYC'ers coming from somewhere else and talking to the folks back home).

Also would like to know how 19-yo Barron has female friends who are old enough to have violent Russian ex-boyfriends. Maybe they flock to him because he's tall and nice. Nothing like having a billionaire in your friend zone! Sucks if you are a billionaire and you still get friendzoned. CC, JSM

I feel certain that you would call emergency services for a stranger, lonejustice! My question is more "Why does emergency services care how, or even whether, the caller knows the victim?" I suppose it's because B. Trump wouldn't give his name and the emergency operator was trying to confirm that it wasn't a crank call.

Are you a British 911 operator, by any chance?

john mosby said...

Or maybe Barron got his Secret Service detail to figure it out. Still would be a sticky wicket even for them. Maybe call the USSS London office's boss, who probably keeps a direct number for the 999 center on his/her phone. CC, JSM

The incident happened in the fall of 1995 or the spring of 1996, she writes. She and Trump ran into each other at Bergdorf Goodman; Trump convinced her to help him shop for a present in the lingerie department; Carroll—“and as I write this, I am staggered by my stupidity,” she states—went into the fitting room with him; Trump shoved her against the wall, unzipped his pants, and forced his penis inside her. Eventually, Carroll fought him off and ran away. She still carries around the shrapnel of this encounter, myriad pointed details lodged in her mind—such as the fact that, at the beginning of the struggle, she was so shocked that she was laughing. There is a limit, for everyone, to the uses of compartmentalization. Whether it’s “my age, the fact that I haven’t met anyone fascinating enough over the past couple of decades to feel ‘the sap rising,’ as Tom Wolfe put it, or if it’s the blot of the real-estate tycoon, I can’t say,” Carroll writes, closing her essay. “But I have never had sex with anybody ever again.”

Don Trump accused himself of sexual assault, on tape, in 2005, while filming “Access Hollywood.” Somehow, son Barron has avoided Trump criminality to testify for a friend in court.

Sheesh, anyone who’s watched an old British crime movie knows about 999. On the other hand, when people call it in the movie they don’t usually have to provide a complete biography of everyone involved before anything is done.

There are numerous Muslims in Russia and its various ethnic enclaves and satellites. They are every bit as disagreeable and violent as Muslims anywhere else, which is saying something, but Putin keeps them mostly in line with heavy-handed authoritarianism.

Sp Barron was sexting with a woman in London when her ex showed up?

The real question is what were her rates?
Should be interesting what we find when we look into her.

buwaya said...

The girl in question could be an acquaintance from school. Oxbridge in Palm Beach or NYU.
Rumyansev is definitely Russian, possibly derived from an ancient boyar family of Novgorod.

Liz cheney (D-globalist whore) assures us the Barron is the real criminal.

Vance said...

Note that Mark, a leftist, is very quick to try to claim without evidence that Barron was sexting with this girl. He has zero evidence other than his leftist bias, of course. But even if Barron was.... isn't that a "Good thing" for a leftist? You know, modern feminism embracing sex, and sex workers kind of thing? Mark belongs to a party that is all about teachers grooming and raping children in the name of LGBT ideology, and his Democrat party in Virginia is, right now, destroying criminal penalties for rape and child porn. So why isn't Mark praising Barron for his alleged sexting instead of blaming him?

We all know why. "Anything a D does is great! No one else can!"

Given that, "Rumyantsev" has a Central Asian origin air to it. That is not a bit unusual in Russia of course, and is apparently a feature of the nobility/boyar class. For obvious reasons.
This is wonderfully explained in Orlando Figes "Natashas Dance". Get it ASAP.

You're a sick person. Seek help.

The world is full of news that the DNC-supporting media refuse to cover, usually because the facts make democrats look bad, but often like this one because they would rather not give good press coverage to anyone associated with the elected president. Sadly still, I don’t have to read any comment here to confidently predict that others here will endorse this obscuring and delaying news.

Mike (MJB Wolf) said...

Unsatisfied with slandering randos like me in this forum, alleged lawyer Mark steps up to slander the sitting president's youngest son. Pretty risky move for a doofus. No worries! It's not Trump is highly litigious and keeps walking away with tens of millions of dollars and public apologies from corporate Media for saying similar things. Surely the slandering of Barron Trump won't blow back in surprising and spectacular ways.

Of all the stupid expressed in this comment section Mark's special brand of stupid is a sight to behold.

Mark said...

Speaking of stupid, when did I ever claim to be a lawyer?

I didn't. Get your fellow commenters straight, imbecile.

Shove your hypocrisy where the sun dont shine.

Maybe you are not the same lefty Mark who slandered me nor the same subtard Mark who claimed to be a lawyer. Hell, it's quite possible you are not the Madison dwelling Mark nor the Massachusetts marauder Mark who once melted down over Obamacare lies. All that is possible. It's a weird world.

But the problem for us readers is that every fucking Mark here writes the same leftist agitprop, the same tiresome dreck, the same kind of mind-reading dumbassery we've seen from every lost soul overflowing with Trump hate. If you changed your handle to Inga no one would or could tell the difference.

Howard (not that Howard) said...

@Mark

"It's amazing how much of leftist discourse is just them pretending not to understand things, thus making discourse impossible."
