My wife tried to take a picture of the amazing full moon rising over Long Island driving back from JFK Tuesday night. I told her that the apparent immense lunar size is a bit of an optical illusion, and that her i-phone wouldn't really capture the magic. She snapped a few anyway. Then she agreed with me.
