I have daughters that are genetically doomed to be around 5’ tall. It isn’t as bad for women to be short as it is for men but it still makes a difference. What should we do if we have the ability to hangs things?

There is little doubt that this woman will be more attractive and more successful after this surgery. Will it compress her organs? There are a lot of questions that I would ask about the surgery results and it probably isn’t the direction I would go. But I don’t see why people would be revulsed automatically.

Sumo wrestlers go through a process when younger to reset their hip and groin flexibility that makes what this woman did look like nothing. Very painful and a long recovery only possible when young.

Is that unethical and dangerous?

The guys are just there for the gambling or whatever. And the women are eyeing each other up and down. It’s a highly competitive sport. It is zero sum thinking applied to reproductive competition.
