Andrew is a beta. He was born into power and does not have the right temperament to handle himself in a position with that much responsibility.
Using a puppet like this to act out his id was essentially getting drunk so he didn’t have to take responsibility for what he wanted to do.

Those hideous Spitting Image puppets. I hated those things. I found them viscerally repellant. There was a music video back in the 80s that used them. Whenever it came on I would inwardly recoil. Actually this is standard practice for women. Women are biologically programmed to allow males to aggressively sexually court them like this. The evolutionary explanation is obvious. This is where children are conceived.

You can be different people in different situations.
Around people and in public he seems like a mess. Every time you see him on the news he looks like someone killed his puppy right in front of him. He always looks like he wants to be somewhere else. Then you hear stories like this.
It could be that he is a warrior that would have been happy to have been a career killer and defender of the realm and that was his natural place. It sounds like he may have been thinking about mounting Epstein on a rack and giving this girl control of the crank while Ghislaine was hanging by her ankles over a pit of scorpions.
But what he did to that girl instead is not good. Now she has killed herself and we all need to decide what we want to protect moving forward.
This is a result of Andrew’s weakness just as much as Epstein’s corruption.

Calendar years is no measure of maturity. There are some old souls that are fully mature in their early teens, and others who are clueless into their 20s. Not defending or criticizing - just pointing it out. If we are going to have any concept of adulthood at all, or of age of consent, we are almost certainly going to set the dividing line to a specific age. It's simply not practical to mount a careful investigation in each and every situation, complete with opposing counsel, to determine whether or not a specific individual was or was not able to meaningfully give consent, or whether they were adult enough to be granted majority. And you can always quibble about that whatever age ends up being set Is arbitrary, but the fact of distinguishing adulthood from childhood is anything but.
