Andrew is a beta. He was born into power and does not have the right temperament to handle himself in a position with that much responsibility.
Using a puppet like this to act out his id was essentially getting drunk so he didn’t have to take responsibility for what he wanted to do.
It is also likely if left to his own he never would have raped this girl. He just looks like a weakling on many levels.
Those hideous Spitting Image puppets. I hated those things. I found them viscerally repellant. There was a music video back in the 80s that used them. Whenever it came on I would inwardly recoil. It was like finding rotten fruit in the fridge. They filled me with a deep and abiding hatred of the people who made them. They were, of course, stridently political. Whatever it is the people who make them are for, I'm against.

Actually this is standard practice for women. Women are biologically programmed to allow males to aggressively sexually court them like this. The evolutionary explanation is obvious. This is where children are conceived.
The main difference between pretending to giggle and enthusiastically giggling is perceived status and support for the generated offspring.
She likely got creep vibes from Andrew who was acting like a creep. She at the time was probably wishing it was Epstein doing the cupping because Epstein was much more of an alpha and was the person who put her in the receptive state.

I have to stand up for the Duke. He is a combat veteran aviator - at a very young age in the Falklands, he acted as a human decoy for missiles (hover low off the water between ships, and the missile is supposed to be attracted to the rotorwash instead of the ships), and he medevacked severely burnt British sailors off flaming ships.
