What the world saw on the campaign trail was only part of the story.
— Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) July 31, 2025
My new book is a behind-the-scenes look at my experience leading the shortest presidential campaign in modern history.
107 Days is out on September 23. I can't wait for you to read it: https://t.co/G4bkeZB4NZ pic.twitter.com/taUof0L4hs
Ms. Harris has spent the months since November largely out of the public eye, delivering a paid speech in Australia and appearing at weddings of some of her famous friends. She was in England last week for the wedding of the Apple heiress Eve Jobs, whose mother, Laurene Powell Jobs, is a close friend. In June, she attended the wedding of Hillary Clinton’s top aide and the son of a Democratic megadonor. In May, she was spotted at the Met Gala in New York.
Is she even interested in politics?

"...In June, she attended the wedding of Hillary Clinton’s top aide and the son of a Democratic megadonor. ...." No names, please - they want their privacy.
So, on average, she was invited to one notable event per month, at least for 2025. Will there be any book signings by the author, or is Kamala going to sign them instead?
I think she plans to run in 2028 for President and it will be easier for her if she isn't the governor of Newsom's shithole.
Yeah, I thought "the wedding of Hillary Clinton’s top aide and the son of a Democratic megadonor" was very funny.
I don't think she'll run for President. She'll know it would be humiliating.
Her book isn’t on pre order on Amazon. In the meantime you can read The Achievements of Kamala Harris by Jason Dudash. Quick read - all blank pages.
"The wanness is almost amusing."
What a useful yet seldom used word is wanness. Could it be the immediate boomerang irony by its employment by just about anyone working for the NYT, the Washington Post, CNN, or Freder Frederson that accounts for its scarcity?
That's not Kamala, its Maya Rudolph, smirking because she is in on the joke.
Whose will sell more, this piece of crap or SloJoe's "Memoir"?
"She'll know it would be humiliating."
Hmmm... I haven't noted the surety of humiliation detering Harris from anything in the past.
Again - the publishing industry at work for these people. Who would buy that? She is a controlled person.
"Fighting for our future," etc.
Maybe 20 cliches in a little over a minute.
Say what you will about Trump, he saved us from 2 disasters.
That alone is reason for eternal gratitude to the man.
Does the article identify the advance she received? Wondering if it was more than Biden or Pence.
Kamala has always been the "chosen one" - similar to AOC. Picked out of the DEI crowd in Sacramento as someone that checks the right boxes and promoted heavily as a "new voice". And like AOC, there's no there there - which is how the powerful like it because they get to fill the empty void between the ears.
If she wants to maintain her social life, she must run for office again, but perhaps she will be like others - Nixon, McCain, Biden who wait a couple of cycles before re-entering the arena.
I won't be surprised if Harris runs for president in 2028. Her sense of entitlement and lack of sobriety overpower external ridicule and humiliation, along with any fleeting self-awareness. Plus there's the campaign grift.
Book comes out Sept 23. Really should be in preorder. Michelle Obama’s book The Look has a November publishing date and it’s been in preorder for a while. BTW it’s ranked #61,704 on Amazon at the moment. Also BTW, Mark Levin’s book On Power is #2.
if she'd WANTED to make an intense and deeply personal book;
she'd have named it:
COCKSUCKING WHORE
the saga of a woman rising to the top, by falling to her knees
Seriously, WHAT has Kammy ever accomplished? EVER?
“The shortest campaign in presidential history” would be a real bragging right if it were successful. But given that campaign’s failure, it’s just another sad detail in the short and uninspiring saga of Kamala Harris’ national political career.
I dunno. If you waste $1.5-$2 Billion dollars of other people’s money, including having to buy endorsements, you might just be persona non grata in politics.
"Plus there's the campaign grift. "
yep, if she runs, she won't be running to win (or even try to win).
She'll be running for the campaign contributions (ala grift)
Is she even interested in politics?
Only if the office is handed to her, gift wrapped on a silver platter.
I doubt she will run again. she is a disaster.
yes - she is a loyal puppet- willing to regurgitate what they demand. Problem - she has zero authentic charisma on her own.
Yes - millions of low IQ female - MSNBC/ NPR / PBS "newz" loyalist cultists think she is grand.. but it's not enough.
Is she interested in politics? Not anymore. She's interested in leisure. And... great. Just go away.
The cliches abound, as it seems she is uncomfortable stretching beyond them. Has she ever propounded a substantive notion?
I wonder if the book itself is any better. Any idea who wrote it?
OT: For Cookie and RCCola
Speaking of Amazon pre-orders, I've got several for April of 2026.
"I don't think she'll run for President. She'll know it would be humiliating. "
It was humiliating the first time, in 2016, when she didn't get a delegate IIRC.
Her best strategy is to not run for office while somehow still appearing that she COULD run for office. IOW, try to remain relevant without ever having to prove that she should be relevant.
Simón and Schuster haven’t released the amount of the advance. It’s rumored to be up to $20 million. But that really doesn’t mean anything.
Is she even interested in politics?
Was she ever interested?
Book-signings by Autopen, no doubt.
Yeah, I thought "the wedding of Hillary Clinton’s top aide and the son of a Democratic megadonor" was very funny.
Odd way to put "she attended the wedding of George Soros' son because Soros is her biggest benefactor." It's like they purposely hide the identity of certain favored billionaire oligarchs. Nice to see that Huma will still pay no price for destroying evidence under subpoena, unlike others who crossed the DOJ.
Wasn't Laurene Powell Jobs also good friends with Ghislaine Maxwell? I guess the other marriage was Huma Abedin and Alexander Soros. Huma is far better known than Eve (or Laurene) Jobs, but I guess they didn't want the Soros connection in the story.
Allegedly, Willie Brown told Harris to take the attorney general post, rather than the vice presidency. After a year or two, Biden could have appointed her to the Supreme Court. The Democrat Senate would have confirmed her, and she would have been set for life. She didn't listen.
From the beginning, Kamala wanted to climb up the ladder to the next step. Now she's off the ladder and it's been taken away/ Just what she wants now is unclear -- maybe even to herself -- but the clear path upwards is gone. So is the momentum and with it perhaps, the desire.
Laurene Powell Jobs, is a close friend.
Not mentioned. She owns The Atlantic magazine.
In June, she attended the wedding of Hillary Clinton’s top aide and the son of a Democratic megadonor.
That would be George Soros' kid.
"Now she's off the ladder and it's been taken away..."
Unburdened by what has been, one might even say.
I sometimes think she is an AI-driven robot, stuck in the uncanny valley.
Does she only attend weddings of famous friends? I guess none of her obscure friends got married?
11:24 - CJ in PA.
The corrupt wealthy insiders club.
Is she even interested in politics?
Having followed her entire career in California, I can tell you she lacks the political skills even small-town mayors possess. She has powerful friends and once had great looks, but years ago she ascended well beyond her level of incompetence.
Let's hope that Wine Mom never comes back.
"In June, she attended the wedding of Hillary Clinton’s top aide and the son of a Democratic megadonor.
That would be George Soros' kid."
And Anthony Weimer ex Huma Abedin.
Is there any doubt she’ll find a new way to suck?
There was a rumah Huma had a toomah, but she had it surgically removed via divorce court.
She'll look at the polls in 2028 and make the decision and talk to the big donors. The Democrats don't nominate, they annoint. If the party elite wants her, she's in. And the robot Democrat will say "yes sir" and go along.
"Is she even interested in politics?"
She can't even fake authenticity. Not that it's ever stopped her ambitions.
It's not whether you are interested in politics, it is whether politics is interested in you.
All the joy! Soon to be marked down.
Never forget how big Politicians egos are. Who except themselves, ever thought Chris Christie or Mike Pence had a chance in hell in 2024? At least Harris got 75 million votes and 226 electrol ones.
Son of George Soros marries Hillary Clinton's aide and former Chief of staff. This will not cause any conspiracy theories.
I think it is a pretty compelling story. She was tasked with building and running a Presidential campaign in 107 days.
A pretty historic achievement and it would be interesting to hear from her perspective.
Unemployed looks good on her. And she wears that airhead-California-floozy aura like it was tailored.
How could have she been so unprepared to run last year? She saw up close what was happening with Biden. She had to know that his health could go south in a minute. She could have looked at poly market and seen the non-trivial odds of her becoming the candidate. And she had an information advantage over most bettors, so she knew the odds were much higher. Or is this how she lives her life, careening from one surprise to the next?
Wow, such energy!
Which is more dynamic: "Kamala!" or "Jeb!"?
The Middle Coast said...
"How could have she been so unprepared to run last year?"
She was assured that she would be the beneficiary of the same vote harvesting scheme that installed Biden and that same scheme would also install her.
Well this is unfortunate. There is a book on Amazon with the title 107 Days in the Slammer by Jeditab Hephzibah.
I think it is a pretty compelling story. She was tasked with building and running a Presidential campaign in 107 days.
A pretty historic achievement and it would be interesting to hear from her perspective.
Well... she had a little help, like over a billion dollars' worth, of which I think probably darn little came in because of her heading up the ticket - more like "the generic Democrat." (I base this assumption on the fact that, while she got celebrity endorsements - paid ones, anyway - her big donors didn't tend to come out and endorse her; just as with Biden before her, their endorsements took the form of "We have to save Our Democracy from Trump at any cost!") And she still ended up in the hole. So it's not a tale of a compelling vision, astonishing fundraising success, or a brilliantly run campaign.
And, as The Middle Coast observed at 12:31, how could she not have been prepared for this exigency? So it's not a tale of the right woman rising and striding forward to meet her destiny - she pretty much fell headlong into the situation and kind of flailed about for a while until the proper consultants came onboard, giving us "Joy!"
IOW, from my perspective (not hers), the circumstances in which she found herself were indeed historic, but her response to them?
Edith Wilson found herself in similar circumstances, and she did indeed rise to meet them - whether that was for good or ill, I'll leave to others, though I do have my opinion.
Dunham says: “She was tasked with building and running a Presidential campaign in 107 days”
That sounds as if she was given the task. Shouldn’t have she been the one to task others? Was she the candidate or the stand in.
Grassley has just declassified and released a redacted version of John Durham's annex. 30 pages.
Hillary is not looking good. It would appear that setting up Trump as a Russian stooge was at least partially to distract from the investigation into her home unprotected email server and its investigation, and also to split the Republican Party in order to subvert votes.
The Middle Coast said...
"How could have she been so unprepared to run last year?"
Yes, I was struck by that as well. VP is not worth a bucket of something something. The whole point is to be ready to step in anytime the president is incapacitated or dead. How could she have not been prepped and ready. How could her staff have just flubbed the ball so badly? Anyone looking a Biden would know he was gaga, even up to the point of his "Only God can make me drop out!"
She has always seemed to me that she would be the kind of friend who was fun at parties. That's not the same as being chief executive of a state with an economy the size of a European country, let alone the US.
She was living proof every day of Biden's poor judgement.
I thought she sounded sober. If so, then good for her!
"Who except themselves, ever thought Chris Christie or Mike Pence had a chance in hell in 2024? At least Harris got 75 million votes and 226 electrol ones."
If Chris Christie or Mike Pence ran as a Democrat, they'd get 75 million votes, too.
"Is she even interested in politics?"
I don't think she was ever interested in politics. She was clearly interested in power and fame. But an anointed candidate in California doesn't really have to concern his/herself with politics.
As to ain't it amazing.. just 107 days.
It is, in fact, amazing that a campaign can blow through $1-2 BILLION bucks in that time. And lose.
"At least Harris got 75 million votes and 226 [electoral] ones."
Twenty bucks a vote. Democrats are whores... really cheap whores, so bargain-basement cheap they shame even crack whores for competitively-priced fornication.
As I recall, there was a lot of downtime during that 107 days.
Don't know if she's interested in politics, but politics is certainly not interested in her.
Kamala Harris is only interested in political dicks she can suck to get ahead. But now she's no longer hot, so ... waning interest.
Unemployment is the only thing she ever earned on her own merits.
She's interested in appearing with the elite, even if unlike most of the others, she's never actually done anything elite. And before you tell me she was elected to the second highest office in the land, remember that she was selected for that position based on her vagina of color. Nothing more. She rode that on into the underground bunker where the VP is kept.
She is in exactly the position she should be for the rest of her life. Appearing at events in order to appear important. Her unimportance will ride alongside of her, getting larger with each passing year, until at some point, even her best friends won't notice her.
Either that or...the Democrats put her up for President again. Wouldn't that be fun!
I don't think she'll run for President in 2028--she knows she'd get a whupping. Now I make no secret that I don't like Kamala Harris--she's sort of an airhead. But at one time early in her career Kamala showed some true political chops. She got introduced to the San Francisco political crowd as Willie Brown's arm candy. But Kamala and Kimberly Guilfoyle, the then fiancé or wife of Gavin Newsom, were duking it out for control of the San Francisco DA's office. As the San Francisco flacks tell it, Kamala was a political whirlwind speaking and talking to everyone, setting up and organization--and ultimately defeating Guilfoyle.
So I will give Kamala props for that--but that was long ago and in a city and country with maybe a million people--a far cry from a Presidential campaign.
The DNC is on the phone with Pelosi daily urging her to meps meps meps any Kamala run..

I think she might be done with politics and tired of servicing Democrat men.
Can you imagine how miserable Kamala and Hillary are right now? They sucked all those dicks and supported those terrible predator husbands and they didn’t even get to be president.
OT:
" ... According to the newly declassified annex, U.S. intelligence, including the FBI, received information suggesting that Clinton personally approved a scheme to link Donald Trump to Russian hackers in order to distract from her own email scandal.
And it was a Hillary-approved plan.
" “HRC [Hillary Rodham Clinton] approved [Campaign adviser Julie’s] idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections,” the email read. “That should distract people from her own missing emails.”
----------------------------------------------------------
she set up a Private Server while Sec of State - to Server-> HER.
won't make the Soviet news outlets. ABC CBS NBC etc.
As far as I can tell, there isn't even a person there.
Why do people refer to Harris in the most obnoxious, sexist ways. There are many women and men in politics, industry, etc who enter into sexual relationships shush end up being advantageous to their careers. Why is so much disrespect thrown at Harris. She was Willie Brown’s partner for a year. Yes he appointed her to 2 boards, but Willie gave out political favors like candy. After Brown there is no other record of any sexual/political relationships. I’ve tried to find the origin of the on her knees/blow job/whore/sucking dicks stories, and I can’t find it. They’re just there for stupid people resort to them whenever they’ve run out of arguments or just enjoy being mean.
Is she even interested in politics?
No, she's interested in $$$, and being "important".
but she's never actually accomplished anything in her life, she hates executive positions because they require her to DO things, and be accountable for the results.
That's why Senator was her go-to, then VP who did nothing.
But she has to pretend to be interested in politics to get the things she wants
Turley reminds:
"Colbert is having Harris next as a guest on his show; the host who lost $40 million a year interviewing the candidate who burned through over $1 billion in losing the last election..."
LOL.
Simon and Schuster to the rescue$$$$$
The whiny tell-all from Colbert - coming soon too - we all bet.
At least Harris got 75 million votes and 226 electrol ones.
Harris managed to lose every single swing State. What she got was the min possible for a Dem to get in that election.
Harris' book is good for libraries and archives to acquire, but don't kid yourselves bc this particular book and all the others just like it are ghost-written crap. However it's still good to have their words on the record for historical research and but that's about it. Palettes of these worthless books are also pretty good for money laundering purposes too, which is probably what Harris' is setting up with this pitch.
You say, "wanness"; I say three sheets to the wind.
Michelle Obama's bestseller, Becoming, is fascinating. Because she cannot admit to the eight formative marriage years the Obamas spent almostly nightly with Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn as they manipulated her to stay married to him, she practically has to use no names at all. It's one of the most curious non-memoirs I have ever read. Every single sentence is a nervous, weirdly undetailed platitude.
But what does come through is how much she hated her husband and knew he was using her as a convenient prop. Now that his affair is documented, in the most humiliating, narcissistic way, in Rising Star, I hope the humiliation drives her to denounce the whole racket and make a ton of cash (why not?) on a real tell-all.
How can we miss you if you won't go away?
She was tasked with building and running a Presidential campaign in 107 days.
She wasn't 'tasked' with anything. It was handed to her.
And we all saw the predictable results.
Our local librarians are lefties so I’m sure our library will get the book. I might check it out because I’d like to know how a campaign could blow through $1.5 billion (with a ‘B’) in 107 days and still get shellacked.
One question that might be answered is how they settled on Beyoncé as an endorser when the Venn diagram must show a nearly perfect overlap between Beyoncé fans and likely Harris voters.
"Is she even interested in politics?"
Republican candidates everywhere certainly hope so.
'Wan' is a perfect description of her demeanor in that video. Wow. It's like she was dragged kicking and screaming into the studio, where they put a cashmere jacket on her and said "Do this video in one take and we'll give you 10000 dollars"
Tina Trent said:

The backbone of all modern democratic memoirs. vacuous.
Yay, her book is available for preorder:
“Your Secret Service code name is Pioneer.
You are the first woman in history to be elected vice president of the United States.
On July 21, 2024, your running mate, Joe Biden, announces that he will not be seeking reelection.
The presidential election will occur on November 5, 2024.
You have 107 days.”
Quite the thriller.
“Written with candor, a unique perspective, and the pace of a page-turning novel, 107 Days takes you inside the race for the presidency as no one has ever done before.”
I thought Kamala looked terrified. & listening to her regurgitate memorized lines,-- the same memorized lines - over and over - while the media soft-balled her entire campaign, WAS a fresh level of BS. Again- the media were an arm to her campaign. Other than to dem cultists, her campaign was bizarre manipulation to behold... on a sesame seed bun.
Add: CBS edited her interview so much, it was hardly recognizable.
A dig at The Donald would have done more for her book than attending all those weddings.
In case someone is not aware, Trump would respond, as is his wont, and nothing… that’s how books are sold. Missed opportunity.
Rh 🤣
"A dig at The Donald would have done more for her book than attending all those weddings."
Lem forgets all that free booze.
Kamala's book should be titled...
"Y'all Dodged a Bullet"
Maybe she’ll go on Joe Rogan’s podcast to promote her book
Didn't you hear? She's too busy being the Border Czar!
One question that might be answered is how they settled on Beyoncé as an endorser when the Venn diagram must show a nearly perfect overlap between Beyoncé fans and likely Harris voters.
Yes, that was interesting, wasn't it? I mean, was there any celebrity endorsement she (ahem) garnered that didn't fit that description?
Those internal polls must've been epically bad.
Ouch. The reader comments at the NYT are harsh. No one wants her to run.
1. “Thank god [that she’s not running for Governor]. Now please go away. You gave it your best shot (which I admire) and failed. Maintain your dignity and go quietly.”
2. “From my point of view, Harris’ time on the national stage has come & gone. Democrats need new & real leadership & just as important, new messaging to save what is left of our democracy.”
"& just as important, new messaging"
When your policies and ideas are crap, is it really going to help to find new ways to get the message out?
The only thing she's done that seems authentic is BJs.
Was she so unprepared because of Jill keeping her out of the loop? Was Kamala listening to insiders saying that Obama wanted someone else, and that she didn’t have a chance of winning the nomination, while Jill saw Joe up close and didn’t like the pressure on Joe to drop out, and so decided screw Obama, I’ll show who’s in charge, and Kamala was blindsided?
When your policies and ideas are crap, is it really going to help to find new ways to get the message out?
As we have all been asking since November!
Take for instance the happiness quotient and mental health polls: Democrats are WAY sadder and take a lot more SSIDs and see more therapists and so on and so on, ad infinitum, than Republicans. Which way does the causation arrow point there? Are they depressed because they're Democrats, and Democrat policies are intrinsically immiserrating, or are they depressed and therefore become Democrats, because Democrats traffic in misery and they feel more at home?
Does it matter? Either way, you have a party of relative optimists who like being alive in their own skin, like (or love) having families and being in formal communities like churches, and believe that the right to pursue happiness as you yourself see it, while it doesn't guarantee your success, gives you a good shot if you're willing to work at it. And then you have a party of depressed people who see themselves and everyone who isn't white, straight, and male as a victim (the white straight males in this party still see themselves as victims, creating pretexts for their victimhood as needed), and because of this attitude, espouse policies that explicitly deny agency to people. If you're a helpless victim, you already have no agency, right? You can't win because the game is rigged against you. So the only solution is a whole lot of Band Aids for your wounds small and great; changing your circumstances is not in your control, and changing The System is an exercise done to failure.
But yelling or crying about The System is cathartic.
*doomed, I say.
Kamala wants everything given to her on a plater... she will not EVER work hard.. E.. V..E..R. Go that?
"My new book is a behind-the-scenes look at my experience leading the shortest presidential campaign"
"For you, dear reader, I list out, and provide pdfs, of every label of every bottle of wine I drank during my campaign. These images are a true treasure. For a further campaign gift of $35 I'll send you glossy photos. But wait, there's more. For $135 I'll auto-pen sign the image of my favorite wine label,"
https://www.ghettowine.com/pics/ripple/red2.jpg
It’s so funny. They don’t have a ranking for Kamala’s book but it’s listed #1 in Emigrants and Immigrants Biographies. (Melania is #2 in that category.) Kamala isn’t an immigrant.
Melania’s ranking is #2,232. So we’re to assume 107’s ranking is higher up the best seller list? Then why don’t they show it.
A kiss on screen isn't taken as a real kiss. It's taken as not felt, and not meant. Intercourse on the other hand is taken as real even if scripted.
That's how she gets authenticity for BJs. They're taken as real even if scripted.
Calling her book 107 is uncomfortably close to de Sade's 120 Days of Sodom (or the Pasolini film - does Criterion Channel have it?)....
RR
JSM
Perhaps she should move to Iowa and run for Governor. I heard she polled well there.
Now Kamala is ranked #22 on Amazon’s best seller list. Way to go Kamala. (Still no ranking on her book page.)
"... she will not EVER work hard.. E.. V..E..R. Go that?"
She did a very tough job one time, and that was all she needed. Nobody has ever risen so high on so little. It's a national embarrassment that she got so close to power, and how someone could do that the way she did is freaking scary. Democrat voters are totally irresponsible and incompetent to participate in democracy. They would have gladly elected the actual Hitler rather than let the one they imagine in their fever dreams win.
"My new book is a behind-the-scenes look at my experience leading the shortest presidential campaign in modern history."
Another historic first. Impressive.
2 to the 107th power minus 1 is prime.
It’s a safe prime number.
I don't believe the powers that be will allow Kamala to run in 2028. Democrats will be asked to suck it up for another ball-bearing honky. The Party had better get started prepping their voters for that eventuality now.
It’s also an emirp! lololol
@Bob Boyd: yes one of the more popular comments at the NYT - Dems need a white male candidate because American voters won’t go for any other kind of candidate.
“2 to the 107th power minus 1 is prime”
Yes It is a Mersenne prime, confirmed by the Lucas-Lehmer test.
I didn’t know you can look up numbers on Wikipedia - all the way to 900.
It’s also a Chen prime.
the largest known prime number is the Mersenne prime 2^{136,279,841} - 1 ,
"Dems need a white male candidate because American voters won’t go for any other kind of candidate."
Only a Democrat would believe that a candidate's skin color is how people choose who to vote for. After all, it's how Demos pick their VP/SC nominees...
That still shot in Althouse's post. I literally cringed.
I don’t really know why people like prime numbers.
If the Obamas divorce, how will the estates be split up? And will Michele still receive SS protection (assuming: Yes)?
“I don’t really know why people like prime numbers”
Because we’re pattern seekers.
"I don’t really know why people like prime numbers."
For me, the interest arose from the proof that the primes are infinite in number. My gut feeling about the numbers of primes being limited was wrong- it takes effort to believe that a number with, let's say, millions of digits can have no factors in the set of integers that are smaller than that number. That blew my mind (I was about 12 at the time). It still makes my head hurt a bit.
@ Eva Marie
It's not racism or sexism.
The Dem's actual problem is they have a very thin bench. They purged all their moderates and their ancient and corrupt leaders have clung to power and not brought the next generation of leaders along because they viewed them as threats.
"Which is more dynamic: "Kamala!" or "Jeb!"?"
Both have standing offers to work at the National Insomnia Research Institute.
"I think it is a pretty compelling story. She was tasked with building and running a Presidential campaign in 107 days."
That is hilarious. She simply stepped into the Biden re-election effort, already built. They could have put a mannequin in her place and it would have run exactly the same and there is good reason to believe it would have run better in that hypothetical.
I can't help but feel that ascribing "wanness" to Harris would have been called racist not too long ago.
"She was tasked with building and running a Presidential campaign in 107 days."
Can you imagine what it would have been like if she had been tasked with building and running a presidency?
"Can you imagine what it would have been like if she had been tasked with building and running a presidency?"
The people who were making the decisions during Biden's term would never have tasked her with that.
How to blow through $1.5 Billion in 107 days, and then stiff your creditors for $20 million - Kackling Kammy
“It's not racism or sexism.”
I agree. Had Palin ran at the top of the ticket instead of McCain, she would have gotten more votes than he did. But it’s how a lot of them think. They have Rham Emanuel and AOC and ai can”t think of anyone else.
“Lem forgets all that free booze.“
Oh yeah. I can’t remember the last time I was at a wedding.
My voting preference is straight white men.
Eva Marie: both Willie Brown and Kamala Harris admitted the affair. And no, it is not appropriate to hand out paid political no-work jobs like candy. In fact, it is very, very wrong.
GeneralÃsimo Francisco Franco is still dead
@Tina Trent: I don’t object to people pointing out Kamala profited from her relationship with Brown. People of both sexes take advantage of their relationships all the time. I object to the blow job/on her knees/whore tag that follows her everywhere. But that’s just me.
That comment I made defending Kamala’s honor, I thought I deleted it, but then it showed up again. I’m of 2 minds on the way Harris is portrayed, by that I mean the blow job/on her knees/whore comments. We Republicans/conservatives are always embracing the high road while Democrats throw out wild accusations of Nazi, racist, etc. And Harris needed to be defeated by any nonviolent, legal means available. So if that meant calling out her relationship with Willie Brown in really crude terms so be it. And she did profit, first financially, then politically. But she’s been defeated now - so I think maybe it’s time to retire the crude attacks. On the other hand she might rise from the politically unviable so . . . who knows. Anyway this is my second reply to your comment since my first reply disappeared. I’d like to blame blogger but it was probably my own fault.
“"It was intense... and deeply personal," says Kamala Harris without intensity and sounding utterly impersonal.”
Come on, give her a break. She’s only got about a quarter-inch of depth to work with—she’s doing the best she can.

It's also possible to get shunted into spam by the machine. We try to keep an eye on that and release the miscaught good stuff. We do delete some comments, but not for viewpoint... for bad faith.
