The shadows and reflections suggest it is real, but it looks CGI. Perhaps it is because of the way the robot moves in a non-human manner that it gives off an uncanny valley vibe.
The mechanical, sensory, control, and computational systems exist. The video does not enable us to discern dynamic and static behavior. Is 16K for parts and development?
