Do not trust ANYONE in power. Power very quickly goes to the head, aka "Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely." We may ride on the coattails of a short-term friend in power, but they'll always turn on us if it's in their interests. See what Biden did to his female supporters (threw them under the buss in favor of transgendered people) and black supporters (gave everything to non-black immigrants).

Years ago, I was at the edge of NH's Lake Winnipesaukee in the early spring, when a huge area of lake ice broke off,
producing a thunderous noise echoing a couple of times from the surrounding White Mountains.
