Tweet of the day!

Isn't that more a northern view rather than western?

The Army is refusing to release the name of the female (from usually reliable sources) pilot who crashed into a civilian aircraft. Online rumors are that the pilot was a "female" pilot, not an actual, you know, female. For the moment I'm discounting those rumors. Not from usually reliable sources.

But either way- DEI advocates now have a publicity problem.

They asked Ketanji Brown Jackson to figure it out, but she was too perplexed to answer.

Yes it is!!

Another plane crash in Philadelphia?? WHAT is going on??

Dixcus- My son who sent me a video analysis a few moments ago said he saw another video earlier in the day that he didn't bookmark- that showed a few near misses earlier on this helicopter track. Way above flight ceiling restrictions- so deliberate cannot be discounted. Much as I'd like to totally discount it. Night vision goggles or not- above permitted flight levels has to be deliberate. There'd be radar to ground and barometric height indicators. At least- I believe there would be both. And the tower should have broadcast- "You're too high! Descend!" rather then, or along with, everything else that was said.

Small plane, two aboard. General aviation crashes into the ground happen far more frequently then commercial aviation. Still infrequent, but far more frequently...

"Still infrequent, but far more frequently..."

According to Grok, about once a month.

VDH said the shift is full bore. Schumer and Pelosi's speeches from conventions circa '94 were like Reagan. Now they're full of revolution.
Your tweet nails it.

Jimmy said...

Latest reports, the plane was an air ambulance, registered in Mexico. Learjet 55

BUMBLE BEE said...

Fox News reported a flight had to divert it's landing approach due to a helicopter in the same air space the day before the Blackhawk and AA crash.

Only 19 ATCs at DCA when it should be staffed with 30. When will Secretary Pete take full responsibility?

Per Daily Mail; US Army not releasing the female solider's name at her family's request.

I love instability and uncertainty in the market. Some people prefer a comfortable, sane business environment where decisions can be made ahead of time and forecast far into the future. I, on the other hand, embrace random 25% cost of goods hikes coming in without a clear date until the day before...

For an election driven by inflation anger, Trump seems oddly unfazed by the price surge his trade war against US allies is fueling.

I do worry tariffs and tax cuts will flame inflation. I am ok with some tariffs, but massive tax cuts are the wrong cure for the sickness of federal deficits. We need tax increases for the well off and keep everyone elses's the same. Once federal budget balanced, we can look at rescinding the recent tax increases.Working class and middle class are/will losing jobs through DOGE cuts/streamlining government, which I strongly favor. Wealthy need to take some marginal hits also. R's will suffer for going the other direction , I predict.

WHY are these planes failing from the sky? Is gravity involved?

WHERE are the Young Democrats?
WHO are the Young Democrats?

Schumer?
Warren?
Biden?
Sanders?
Hilary!?
Mark Kelly?

i THINK they're down to Kammy Harris (SIXTY years old) and
Cenk Uygur (who is 54, and DOESN'T seem to be very Democrat, anymore)

WHO am i missing? Who's on their bench? Who's on deck? Who's at bat?

Ref the philly plane crash: reports are that it’s a medical plane, headed to Springfield, MO. Springfield has the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, the hospital for the Bureau of Prisons. It also has a branch of St Jude’s. Hope this wasnt transporting a kid. Also hope it wasnt a prisoner transport - we dont have any death penalty prisoners right now, thanks to Biden, and the guy would have been accompanied by US Marshals.

I don't find that acceptable when the person has a pivotable role in a disaster in which 60+ people die.

Peachy said...

The corrupt left need to stop lying and take some responsibility.

One year ago, Republicans stood before Congress and stated that there was shortage of air, traffic control operators, and that the DEI policies and workshops needed to go. They wanted money to go for hiring people to work in air traffic control that had nothing to do with DEI trainings or DEI workshops.

It seemed to me that RFK Jr. was saying that people don't realize how many shots the CDC is suggesting. Certainly I had no idea. But I looked it up. Here is the CDC Guidance as of November 2024. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/imz-schedules/index.html
Summary: CDC Guidance on Vaccinations as of November 2024 for a 4 year old child. That child would have had 38 vaccination/immunization (protect from severe symptoms) shots.
These would not include smallpox (eradicated), TB, plague, or cholera which are all being brought into US by unrestricted border. But the shots would include at least 19 shots for viruses (Covid influenza, other). As we know shots for a virus usually don't protect; they, at best, mitigate. And Covid shots are very questionable for babies since babies aren't very susceptible to Covid. Hence a Covid shot exposes babies to anaphylactic shock for no reason. Covid/influenza shots are repeated annually on the CDC Guidance chart.

The Chart in words. Many vaccinations require a second, third or fourth dose; others require annual shots.

At Birth - (2 shots)
Hepatitus B; Respiratory syncytial virus

At 2 months (7 shots)
Hepatitis B (second dose); Rotavirus (RV), Diphtheria, tetanus, & acellular pertussis; Haemophilus influenzae type b; Pneumococcal conjugate; Inactivated poliovirus

at 4 months (5 shots)
Rotavirus (RV) (second dose); Diphtheria, tetanus, & acellular pertussis (second); Haemophilus influenzae type b (second); Pneumococcal conjugate (second); Inactivated poliovirus (second)

at six months (8 shots)
); Diphtheria, tetanus, & acellular pertussis; Haemophilus influenzae type b (3rd); Pneumococcal conjugate (3rd); Inactivated poliovirus (3rd); Covid 19; Influenza (IIV3, ccIIV3; Influenza (LAIV3)

at nine months (2)
Hepatitis B (3rd); Inactivated poliovirus (3rd);

at 12 months (5)
Haemophilus influenzae type b (3rd);Pneumococcal conjugate (4th) Measles, mumps, rubella; Varicella; Hepatitis A

at 15 months (2)
Diphtheria, tetanus, & acellular pertussis (4th); Haemophilus influenzae type b (4th)

at 18 months (1)
Hepatitis A (second)

at 19-23 months (3)
Influenza (LAIV3); Covid 19 (annual); Influenza (IIV3, ccIIV3) (annual)

at 2-3 years (3)

I worked a few years in the industrial, medical, and food grade gas industry, upon reading that it was a medical jet that went down, my immediate thought was that a USP Oxygen fire or explosion took that plane down.

Do planes falling out of the sky come in threes? I'd pospone any small plane flights, If I was a frequent flyer. Just saying.

From X
"Today President Trump fired everyone at the DOJ who persecuted people for walking through the open capitol building on January 6th and then he fired everyone at the FBI who raided his bedroom and then he rescued 6 hostages from Venezuela and then he flew to Florida to spend the weekend with his supermodel wife.

What a boss."

"We need tax increases for the well off and keep everyone elses's the same. ".

Yes eat the rich. Did you know that the top 1% earners in the US, as a group, earn 21% of the US's Adjusted Gross Income, yet pay out 40% of all the income taxes paid?

..."the top 10 percent of U.S. taxpayers paid a larger share of the tax burden than their counterparts in other countries and our poorest taxpayers had the lowest income tax burden compared to poor taxpayers in other countries due to refundable tax credits such as the Earned Income Tax Credit
and the Child Tax Credit.....Digging through the data, it is difficult to find evidence that the U.S. tax code is rigged in favor of the rich and corporations. The wealthy’s share of the income tax burden has never been higher, redistribution from them has never been greater, and more than 53 million low- and middle-income Americans pay no income taxes "
