Althouse, I occasionally/infrequently remember to use your portal for Amazon purchases. Not sure how much it helps. At one time, Meadehouse might feature products that YOU purchased through Amazon and link was helpful for at least adding to a wish list.
However. . . an occasional (monthly?) reminder that donating directly is a perfectly acceptable option (assuming this is accurate) wouldn't be amiss.
So, maybe give it trail run and see if it boosts income. And yes, I just made my occasional donation because I'm old-school internet and it was easier than trying to remember to use your portal whenever I order thru Amazon. Cheers, Kathryn 51.

Reality: Repeal DC home rule, cut the jurisdiction of the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals to the county of San Francisco only, and repeal the FACE Act. That's two weeks worth or work. Get on it or do nights and weekends.

Sometimes seeing the benefit of an EO supports the legislation, y’know? Chicken and egg. Egg and chicken.
The USAF is doing it's best to sabotage the anti-DEI order so they can continue their discriminatory actions. Very publicly stated they weren't going to teach the history of the Tuskegee Airmen to comply with the order. Uh- that's history, not DEI indoctrination. Same as the Navajo Codetalkers. And the 100th Infantry Battalion and 442nd Regimental Combat Team comprised (mostly) of Japanese descended Americans. Teaching about any of them is not DEI indoctrination. All those who served in those capacities earned their way in, they weren't given anything special.
I do have a very distant cousin who was a Tuskegee airman. That particular family branch has contributed several doctors, judges, and other professionals. And several of them on the 1930, 50, and 50 census and WWII draft cards interchanged between white, black, and mulatto... It's the way things were. Being white on the draft card got you a more favorable posting in WWII.
I have a very extended family tree, and when I say distant cousin, it means distant. Have a 6th cousin in TX, a lawyer. My mother's maiden name- the family that the Tuskegee airman is in. Going back to our 6th great grandfather, as far as I can reliably trace, we have in common, just a few cities over in TX from her, a 7th cousin recently found guilty of child porn stuff... Got saints and sinners in the family... My grandfather was a rum runner during prohibition. His second cousin was nominated for VP on the prohibition party platform- turned it down. Now I have no actual proof my grandfather was a rum runner. Just that he told me the key to success in smuggling was drawing 1 foot less draft then the Coast Guard chase boats and knowing which sand bars you cleared by 6 inches. I'll take the gentle admonitions from the professor to buy Amazon stuff through her portal any day, bc blogging costs $ you know? Some of these other sites (most of them actually) just hustle the hell out of their readership pushing up-grades, premium membership, banner ads, and merch as well. Althouse is pretty low pressure about her fundraising though. So count your blessings folks.
I appreciate the daily reminder. I wish I used the Althouse link to Amazon all of the time. It is only because of the reminders that I use it maybe 30-35%
I wonder if a sort of "national malaise" was over the country from 2021 to 2024 becasue so many realized there was not a "normal active leader" as president. Really hits home now seeing DJT as active as he is. Wow, the guy is 78. I could not keep up with him and I am 54. Bravo Mr. President.

“I hope you will act accordingly,” Wang told Rubio, according to a Foreign Ministry statement, employing a Chinese phrase typically used by a teacher warning a student to behave and be personally responsible for any actions taken.

The high proportion of MtF trannies in Fed prison isn't too surprising when you consider the normal male/female proportion in lives of crime and how aggressive autogynephiles tend to be. I'm curious what their Federal crimes tend to be, and how many declared as female after arrest to get a softer prison with easy access to females.
Going after Little Marco is better than the Chinese not needing to say a word because they have a team of corrupt double agents running our government (i.e., the Bidens, Feinstein, Swalwell).
DSR does not understand anything here: (1) Executive Orders may or may not have any association with congressional laws, nor require conversion to laws. EOs often sit on the books in force and unchallenged for decades as operational rules. (2) Biden's record on EOs was atrocious -- many of his WERE attempts to autocratically enact new laws and routinely rejected by the courts. Similarly, many of Biden's "agency rules" were obvious efforts to circumvent Congress and thereby rejected by the courts.
Obama's backroom team CREATED THE AUTOCRATIC PROCESS YOU ASCRIBE TO MAGA after Democrats lost the 2010 election. Obama 2011 to 2017 and Biden 2021 to 2025 governed this way, for they were controlled by back room elitists (anti-populist and unable to pass as real laws). Trumps overturned about 80 of their EOs on his first day (Jan 20, 2025), and he even cancelled some ancient Clinton and LBJ EOs.

But this one is a bit more passive aggressive, which is a good sign. Trump should respond in French Knight style by taunting them back on Truth Social, then call it a draw. Something like “yeah, thats what your mom said, and I didnt act appropriately! And she loved it.”

Funny reading the DSR troll recognizing that a following President can revoke previous EOs by the stroke of a pen. It is like they recognized this 5 days after Trump did exactly that in his first few hours as President. Maybe later they'll figure out that Biden, Fauci, et al actually committed crimes for which they needed blanket pardons going back a decade.
