"That's kinda what happened.... It was a high school party.... It wasn't a civil war.... The kids from the other high school came. And they're a little wild. And things got a little out of hand. And then the really popular quarterback may or may not have egged it on without knowing.... He was like, we're having the best time of our lives tonight. We gotta go out there and have the most fun. No one can tell us how much fun we can have.... He's quarterback. And he was like, we're tonight's our night to make a mark and have the most fun we've ever had. And, and, and this is what happened.... We're all kind of having fun, And it's getting a little wild. It's getting wild. It's getting a little wild. Well, we've all been at those parties where we regret the next day. Everybody looks around and goes, that, that was really nuts.... I can't believe that happened.... It's a regrettable day. Yeah. It's a regrettable day...."

Especially when you start getting shot with rubber bullets and mace when you are outside not doing anything. They provoked the crowd.....purposely it seems. Nancy's little Fedsurrection worked for a while until we started seeing REAL videos about what was actually happening...not the government sponsored network news specials.
Love the extended metaphor: the parents were in Europe. A couple of off-duty town cops were standing around the keg drinking and flirting with the sophomore girls. We don't know who pushed who into the pool first.
If you went to public grade school there was always this girl that would egg on other people to engage in bad behavior- claim so and so are dating, start fights, create conflict. In this case that grade school girl was actors in the federal government. The same people that got Epps an hour on 60 Minutes…
By the way, who was that guy with the long gun standing behind Ashli Babbitt?
I still think the kids from Forrest were really FBI. Change my mind.
...following dozens and dozens of BLM and Defund the Police 'fire and free bricks parties' that were unpolicied just before the Jan 6 'party.'
Not a bad metaphor. Far more accurate than any of the insurrection nonsense.
Fair to a degree, but it wasn’t a party, it was supposedly a group of people who believed the greatest electoral fraud in US history had occurred and they were going to stop it from happening. That vibe is way different … if they actually thought the election was actually stolen, which is questionable.
