The projection is STRONG in this one! It is the Democrats and Biden admin that tried everything they could to break Trump. What was happening to Hunter is what is normally referred to as "justice" but what Democrat has ever let a concept as quaint as "justice" ever get in the way?

That January 5 quote the author slides into the article with no context. I would like to know the context, because there was a lot of chatter from all sides that something big was brewing. That is the exact reason Trump repeatedly called for the National Guard to be deployed. To me, General Milley's defiance of that request is one of the many reasons he should be court martialed. Imagine if the Army had defied Eisenhower's order to send the Guard to Arkansas to ensure the black girl could attend school. Arguably, they could have, given the governor's role in NG deployment, but there is no governor of DC except Congress.
I look forward to seeing the results the new J6 committee gets in pursuing the truth about the actors on that day.

A blanket pardon for any crimes over the past 10 years -- those known and unknown. Now just imagine the money he can make on a book in which he lists all those crimes!
What makes me the sickest is the fact the FBI had that laptop since 2019. A laptop which showed Hunter with girls of whom some looked as young as 12. And they were silent. Bill Barr let the 51 intelligent officers publish their ridiculous letter, knew the laptop information was real, and was silent.
BTW, if GOP Senators vote "No" on Kash Patel's appointment it will confirm they were actively part of the Trump witch-hunt rather than just observers.

Yup. True story. Hunter was our tenant in Venice, CA. Didn't pay rent for over a year. Tried to pay w/ art made from his own feces.

He's talking about what would be a civil case based on a contract. That's not criminal law... and even if it was it would be state law.
I think the statute of limitations ought to be that guy's bigger worry. I'm not your lawyer, but I suspect that after 4 years, it's too late to sue.

Same with Henry VIII. And like Hunter Biden, he was a "good Catholic", at least that was his claim at the time. Unlike Hunter Biden, Henry Tudor got a papal dispensation to screw his dead brother's wife.
Hunter Biden is the bagman, Joe Biden is the Don, Jim Biden was the Guido, all the Biden ladies have lived large on Biden Crime Family loot. Joe Biden thinks he cleverly pardoned himself by pardoning Hunter for all known and unknown crimes during past decade. It will take Trump DOJ to determine whether that Hunter pardon truly protects Biden Family in ironclad fashion intended by Joe Biden.
That myth of Joe Biden as Mr Good Guy was destroyed by yesterday's pardon, revealing the self-dealing narcissistic crooked politician that he really has been, all those years riding Amtrak to his huge Delaware mansion, pretending to be middle-class bureaucrat man-of-the-people. Nope, he's a treasonous crime boss, as plainly revealed in Hunter Biden's curiously abandoned laptops, hard-drives laden with detailed documentary evidence of significant criminal and financial crimes.
So here's what I'm wondering: Hunter now has complete immunity from being charged with anything illegal HE did during a certain period. IOW he has "bath" immunity.
But suppose Joe doesn't pardon himself for any crimes HE committed or may have committed during the same period, as doing so would be a tacit admission that he is a crook.
Joe leaves office. Trump DOJ immediately charges Joe with bribery and other crimes committed during the period of Hunter's immunity, naming Hunter as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Can the court call Hunter as a witness to testify about Joe's bribery schemes? After all, Hunter can't be charged for anything he says relating to his immunity, so taking the 5th isn't an option, nor is testifying untruthfully, as that could lead to a perjury charge. There's also no parent-child privilege in federal court proceedings.
You lawyers out there, whaddayathink? I know it would an extraordinary case, but under current criminal law, could it be done?
Gimme a break.
The facade of Democrat virtues of honesty and rule came crashing down like Hunter coming off a meth fueled 3 day binge.
