The darkroom way to do fog is more the enlarger (distance) while exposing the print.

Let's examine the evidence:
1) Perp found with illegal unregistered loaded weapons in a vehicle travelling to the Trump event, including a shotgun, handgun and large magazine.
2) Found with fake press credentials and fake VIP credentials to get into the Trump event.
3) Found with a "cache" of forged US passports (arguably one of the most difficult documents you can attempt to forge).
4) Found at a surprise road checkpoint 1/2 mile away from the event venue that police never announced so that they could offset any planning that an assassin might attempt.
5) Extreme political content, to include podcasts and a channel on ROKU.
